Your after hours pick up and drop off is very difficult to navigate! Fortunately the owner was still there and was able to help, otherwise we would not been able to get the keys from the box. Something that had been very user friendly has been made very difficult.

In the morning, John was helpful with booking the reservation. He helped me get it setup. But, John was upset when we showed up to pick the truck up on Thursday evening. He cursed me and my friend. He was angry about working 12 hours and took it out on us during pickup.

Uhaul charged me for gas when I filled it exactly how much I picked it up at. Called customer service 41 min wait. During checkout asked if there was a problem told them about gas charged rep was to call me back not one call. Do not do the after hours service. Not worth the headache

The experience overall with online ordering and all the extra charges was terrible. I didn't know I had to have the truck back by a certain time and so my total doubled without even a call or some type of notice. I doubt I will ever use the U-Haul company again.

I dropped of the U-Haul a day early and there was nobody there to speak with. I was charged an extra day. I expected someone to be present at 10:00 am. There is a drop box on the building at the top of the hill and all the vehicles are parked on a dirt road at the bottom of the hill.

It took me 45 minutes to get my truck due to not being able to log in and go through the 24/7 pick up process. Some how my reservation was not properly done and there was no way to click pick up truck. I then had to call U-Haul and go through a process with them and thankfully another truck was available. Initial reservation was to return to Accessories Unlimited but once again something on your end was not done correctly so I was told the truck had to be brought back to the pickup location instead. With having the confirmation email initially and phone calls Monday morning the truck was dropped off at the original Accessories unlimited where the gentleman there was able to do everything that needed to be done to return the truck. He was extremely helpful and managed my issue.

The online check-in process was confusing. It was the first time I did it. And I actually took off with the truck before it was finished. I had to return to the location after the owner called me and told me I had to finish the online process. I wish there was someway the online process could let you know not to leave the location until you are finished.

When I printed my paperwork, it sent me to an address that no longer existed. I had to call to get the correct pick up location. So, Uhaul just needs to make sure that their old addresses are deleted out of the system. This cost me an hour of my time.

Upon arrival to get my rental the guy running the place never identified himself as he was said he was having trouble with The U-Haul website and that I needed to check in myself on my phone. And had an attitude with me because of this. I could not get it on my phone so he did call U-Haul to get everything straightened out it took 20 to 30 minutes for him to do this. I would not recommend this location to anyone. And I have still not received a receipt via email and there is an extra $20 charge on my bill that has not been explained to me in anyway I have called the location and have not gotten anybody to answer the phone.

Improve the use of the camera photo for gas and mileage. Tried 20 to 30 times and it wouldn't accept the photos. Followed all the suggestions. I couldn't complete the after hours return. Had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes. Not a user friendly online program.

I completely messed up my online reservation and discovered that when i went in to get a trailer. No problem, John found my reservation in his system, changed it, and I was out the lot in 10 minutes. The trailer itself pulled very well, and despite rain on my journey, nothing got wet. This is teh second time I've renter here and will do so again.

Again with the drop off location, terrible. First of all this was NOT my drop off location. I went to my CORRECT drop off location and was told they couldn't find me in their system. (drop off location in my email) After 10-15 minutes with yet again another very unhelpful rep with poor customer service she called someone who told her to inform me I needed to go to this new location. When I asked why I was informed, “idk I guess they need the truck more than we do”. BEYOND FRUSTRATING. I suck it up and drive it to the new location and the rep that was there was also dismissive and rude. He barely looked up at me when I came in or when I was actually speaking to him and was visibly frustrated I wanted a receipt. Never again. He was also not wearing a mask in a county that mandates in as well as (to my knowledge) mandates by UHaul, so that should also be looked into.

It took me two hours to get in the keybox and i was on the phone for that long tryint to talk ro someone to help me get into the box. The location seemed really rundown and actually took out a portion of the bottom of my car from all the pot holes. I will never recommend this location or uhaul to anyone. Moving is stressful enough and going through what i went through with this location and uhaul i am not satisfied at all.

The guy was rude when I went to pick up the UHaul. I never checked in online for a UHaul to check in. Then I noticed he was their when to drop off he ignored me. I will never rent a UHual from Hones Service every again.

Run down location with inoperable cars everywhere. Your website listed this location as a 24 hour drop off. I interpreted that to mean someone would be there to unhook the trailer (because I am physically unable to). Another customer was there trying to return a box truck at the same time. Operator lives on site. Other customer knocked on door and operator turned lights off. Please change or better describe this location. Operator could be friendlier and his location could surely be cleaner also.

I drive a Honda Civic 2020. I almost got stuck when I pulled in they have down hill all gravel lot. When I entered the office and said good morning this is one off the worst lots I seen. The service at Johns was excellent. The UHaul computer system and the process to rent is outdated and not customer friendly. I can't imagine a company as big as UHaul is using technology from the 1980's. It makes me wonder how well they treat there trucks and equipment.
