Talked to Becky on the phone several times and she was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! John's Service location was very helpful, pulled the van up for me, went over everything and was very kind.

I was disappointed with the booking. Originally I booked a location in crestwood MO close to my house. I received a text an hour before pick up that I had to go to a location that was out of my way in an opposite direction. I ended up being 3 hours late with going to the car event I was attending in Auburn IN. The timing of switching threw everything off. I ended up getting caught in traffic in Indianapolis. The crestwood location knew about the missing trailer days in advance. I could have adjusted my plans knowing that Uhaul was going to send me to a different location. Your on line booking team failed miserably.

the app was a bit clunky and difficult to get going for both checkout and checkin. I was not aware of the limited proximity required to get the app to recognize my position related to the key box.

Always a great place and very helpful. When equipment is available there, I go there first. They help connect everything and make sure the connections work properly.

My issue with Uhaul is, we reserved a truck at one location. Then I received a call from Uhaul telling me we had to go to another Uhaul to get the truck. I was told that that was my preferred location but they didn’t have the truck. That morning the place we wanted to go to called and said the truck was ready for pick up. I told the you all called me and said we couldn’t go there. I just wishe you would make up your minds. It was irritating. The man at the Uhaul we went to was very nice and everything went very smoothly. I just think the Uhaul company needs to get there act together and give out the right information.

The computer was down so I could not get my truck on time. This caused me to not be able to get the stuff moved I needed to move so I am very unhappy with Uhaul in general. The location and uhaul agent was great.

The guy running the place did not ask any questions on why I needed the truck and put only 34 miles allowed. Which in turn cost me an extra $22 for over mileage which the trip from my old house to my new house is almost over that not counting a possible second trip

Man working there was rude to us and didnt want to be bothered. Place was trashy and dirty. Told me the truck had over 1/2 tank of gas when it had less than 1/2 a tank. I made sure to put in extra not to be charged extra. When I got into the truck it was dirty and sticky to the touch. The worker didnt show us how to use truck or anything. In the past we were always showed. If I didnt need the truck to get out of our house I would have walked away. The whole experience was terrible but what can you do when you have a day to move. I would like a refund or at least my money back on the extra gas. I wouldn't do business with this place again and will rethink doing business with uhaul again.

I talked to a gentleman at this location 2 different times, wasn’t very friendly. Felt like I was inconvienacing him by asking him a few basic questions. I was rushed off the phone.

John was great. Fast smooth check in. Clear drop off instructions. Everything I could ask for. Don’t understand the negative reviews. You are renting a moving truck not hiring a vacation guide. It was there, ready to go. He had me in and out in what seemed like 5 minutes or so. Exactly what I needed.

It cost us more than expected we have always used uhaul But we always went to the one on Page ave in St Louis County cost was broke down and explained it was never the exact price we put down always got money back it was strange it came to the exact penny of what we put down rented from johns. we thought it was 39.99 a day but was 120.00 we would have never chosen that truck if we knew that Will never use these little business that do this on the side again will only use a full Uhaul rental company He said was no deposit but yet my paper says it was included in price although not marked as one Johns answer they never charge a deposit but yet they do because its included in price so its not really a deposit what sort of double talk is that
