It was inconvenient alternative to our preferrred location. It took us 40 minutes to drive there, and we were not informed until less than 24 hours ahead of scheduled rental. Stronly suggest you give customers more advance notice when you change locations: Moving days are stressful enough without having to tack on addtional time driving (in this case 40 minutes x 2 = over an hour in additional driving time.

Rented the uhaul online for pick up in louisa, va. Arrived, tried to check in via app and the site was down. Could not get code to get key. At that point, uhaul did find a truck to rent, but not at the original location. That was a major inconvenience. Got .50 cents off the mileage to compensate. Unfortunately, that did not cover the added expense and hassle. The delay caused a back up of my need for the uhaul. Suggestion on improving would be to keep your site running properly and/or proper compensation for such major inconveniences.

The fist place forgot to reserve a u-haul. The next place got a run around from u-haul. When I finally got one I had to drive farther and pay more. This was the worse run around and got more excuses than I have ever got. I am a retired military veteran and this was the worse moving experience I have ever had and all I got was excuses and now it is February and I rented the u-haul back in May of 2018 and you and you are just getting around to asking how was my experience. So I guess you public relations and customer service not improved.
