Staff at the actual location, which was a gas station, seemed confused. But it all got sorted out, thanks to U-Haul staff. A special thank you to Andrew Khan and crew for bringing a truck to the location. Excellent customer service on his part. I only say I wouldn't recommend this location to a friend because I did not feel safe waiting there in such a busy area. I also was disappointed that U-Haul never called or confirmed the day before as they said they would--I had to to all that the day of.Shawn K.

Much better experience with this location than I had with the last. It was a lot faster and a friendlier environment. The only downfall is that there are a lot of people outside of the business doing their side businesses (car detailing and car wash) so it creates a lot of unnecessary traffic.Heather G.

I return the truck Saturday night February 27th at 9:30am and drop keys in drop off box. But you charged me an extra day. Because they process at 10:30am the next day. Why!!!!MICHAEL N.
I didn't know the location was a gas station until we arrived. I would have rather went to a corporate location. I'm new to the area so didn't want to keep searching for one plus my time was limited. I locked the keys in the truck and the guy wasn't really helpful. We had to call around to figure out how to get help. Took almost 2 hours! Apparently, the insurance uhaul has doesn't cover that but it's listed on the contract. So I wasted my money! When I called to see why it wasn't covered the person didn't have a valid answer. Very run down store. Many people sitting outside the store with no masks just socializing. Also, Internet was terrible at this location, made the online checkin experience take much longer than normal (using TMobile). Had full bars but internet service was very spotty.Edel G.

Please make sure the trucks are clean and good Condition. Me and my Wife spent one hour cleaning and another 30 minutes disinfecting the back since it was full of Cockroaches (dead and alive) . It was â€œthe only truck available on this locationâ€ even when we can see two and it was half tank Gas which in another full letter complaint. I will like to add that we were rudely asked to added more Gas because he believed that It was â€œa little more than a half tankâ€ . Even other costumers there found that request awful. And even other customer offer to pay for the gas himself! This is my second experience renting a Uhaul and first time was so smooth , but this one totally wrong! Last and unfortunately. He told me that he has to charged us another full day for be two hours later of the 24 hour gap.. I won't complaint on that , but my reaction was to ask why a full day and not just a fee? Which I think that rule or agreement could be improved!! .... he said is Uhaul rule charges the whole day following of â€œ Don't be mad at me and just doing my jobâ€ when we only asked a question...Ronald G.

The truck had some issues. It was not aligned. In receiving the truck, no instructions were given except to say return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. Upon receiving the truck, and driving it out the lot, I noticed the truck's steering was a bit loose. it was not keeping steady on the road. I returned to the pick-up location, hoping they would give me a change of truck, instead I was told I needed to contact roadside assistance seeing that I had already taken it. I contacted Roadside Assistance right on location, and they said someone would come to my location in 60 - 90 minutes (Ref# 1772598). Danny from Bob & Danny Auto Repairs came. He drove the truck felt the same issue and then attempt to repair it, and said it was alright now. In transit to my destination from Florida to Maryland, while in Georgia having been driving for few hours I could not deal with having to be constantly trying to keep this truck steady on the road to avoid an accident, I called Roadside Assistance once again I spoke with Cindy (Ref.# 1773133). I made a stop at an Exxon gas station and in another 95 minutes, another repair person was sent to me. He too drove the truck, felt that it was pulling to one side (the right), but instead said this was the way all UHaul trucks drove. Feeling as though my issue was not dealt with properly I called again Ref.# 1773187, I was once again asked to pull over. I informed the representative I could not as I was trying to be at my location by a certain time. I was already late. He, in turn, asked me to reach out when we have reached Maryland. As such I am requesting a discount of $150 for the defective vehicle received.Delta M.
OMG. I reserved online a 10ft rental, received 2 calls from uhaul to confirm, when I got to uhaul no trucks but 29 ft. Really! Oh they say people don't return them, yadda yadda yadda. Uhaul needs to put in a police report of stolen vehicle if a person does not return a vehicle within 3 hours of time due to return. So, uhaul gave me the 29ft truck for $19.99. Thank God I needed a truck bad and thank God again I could drive it. This was the second time that this happened to me only with Uhaul, so, I will not be using them any time soon.Lesley D.

The uhaul rep was Very rude and disrespectful. The mileage was 23.9 he rounded the miles to 25. When i said no round to 24 miles. He said no and we already have ur credit card information. So we billing for 25milesNancy V.

When your location is scheduled to open at 9am, and we are there at 9am to collect a booking that was set for 9am, it's quite annoying when your employees don't show up until 10:15am. You cost me $80 in wages to pay my employees to sit around and waitWayne J.
When I entered the truck there was garbage and used plastic on the cup holder. There was bag of chips and other debris under the seats. What made it worse; I saw an empty plastic drug bag in the truck. I mentioned this to the 2 store attendants on duty (Am and Pm). As a customer I told the customer service representative that I wanted to drop off in a certain location and he told me I could drop it off anywhere. Upon check out I was provided no information so I did not have a contract number a receipt or anything he told me I would receive it in my email I did not receive anything until I called you haul themselves to send me the information so that I could check the trailer in at the location of my choosing. Upon further instruction by u-haul I was told that I can not drop off at the location of my choosing and had to take it another 7 miles away. I have rented 4 times in the past 30 days from u-haul and this is by far my worst experience.RYAN L.

Part of a gas station, VERY slow service, no personal check out and inspection, exterior of truck was filthy with a ton of bird poop. Inside was decent.Michael G.
