UHaul customer service selected this location for our Sunday morning pick up and selected 24/7 remote pick up for us. This location had our reservation, but they were not ready for our remote pick up. We had to wait for an employee to come and give us the key. They worked very hard to make this happen. I do not know why the customer service picked this location when there was a larger corporate facility right down the road. We had to go there to buy a lock because the original vendor had no store.
