I did the online pickup using the uhaul website. Good process. No glitches.

Joe was very friendly and personable. Trailer was ready to go and hooked up in a snap. Returning was just as easy.

Early pick-up using web app did not work, U-Haul tech support was of no help. Delayed pickup. When I picked up, the dealer did not have my two moving dollies and moving blankets I had pre-ordered. Now it became my issue to deal with on the day I was moving. Not good. Costed me more money to rent them from a local Rental Store plus I lost two and a half hours of moving time by having to wait and find the supplies I needed. Received no discount as a result of the mess up. The dealer had no clue what I ordered and had nothing ready for me. Took the dealer probably 20 minutes to figure out how to delete the supplies off of my order since he did not have them. I had to stand and wait for this to occur before the contract could be given to me. Had to scrap snow and ice off of the truck windows before I could even go. Inside of the truck was clean, that was good. Overall, I would rate my experience as poor and unacceptable. Was not happy with the whole experience.

It would have been nice to receive a notification that the truck and trailer were located at different U Haul locations. I was not aware of that until I received my notifications that I could check in for my equipment.

Absolutely nothing. In fact I have used U-Haul for many many years and this was my best experience yet. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and most important call to check on me to make sure that I was OK and that the experience was great. It truly was. While I would always recommend U-Haul I would more than 150% recommend this location. Although it was small. It had top-notch service.

The entire process was very frustrating. My first frustration can when I tried to make reservations on line. The after I made the reservation for a 4x8 trailer at the Nicollet store an offer popped up to deliver the trailers to Green Bay vs Appleton for $41 vs $68. When I tapped continue the system did not move forward. Some how the reservation was changed to Invergrove Heights, 32 mile round trip away. When I called to see if I could reserve the trailer in Minneapolis I talked to someone in Ohio the was transferred to someone with traffic in Iowa and finally to Neenah would basically said tough. My daughter went on line and received a confirmation that a 4x8 was available at the Nicollet store. When I arrived at 4x8 was not available even though I had a print out stating there was one. They were able to give me a 5x8 for a higher price. They gave a $10 reduction which was nice. Overall I would say I’ll warn potential U Haul customers to be very cautious of being over charged and having to go through a very cumbersome process. Thx

Comment on back of green paper inside of the “do you need storage here or at your destination” containing the rental contract addendum document holder pamphlet about aluminum tape repair was never pointed out. We may have never known about the listed risk of water damage since it wasn’t pointed out. The safe move validation tag should listed in the main 8x11 documents, as not everyone is a thorough document reader like us, not hidden away.
