Fast and Easy pick up and easy drop off.
Bill PHad issue with break light which sounded an alarm while driving. Called to get it fixed or resolved and it took several hours to fix issue over phone as no company was available to come to site which was very unusual considering it being a larger city.

Edward MGreat guy but truck was horrible to drive on the highway. Front end of the truck was really bouncy, after driving for 10minutes at 65mph brake lights comes on and beeps at you until you turn the truck off. Abs light also came on while driving. Worse truck I've driven. Otherwise great guy to work with.
Mee YOlder unit, but ran well. Unit was clean and online 24/7 worked great. Turned in truck and gentleman was very nice, answered all questions and made the process fast and easy.

Dale KUHaul took $226 out of my account prior to us returning the truck, so the cost was way too high. I don’t appreciate You estimating high, taking my money without having time/date of return, mileage, etc. now I’m told it’ll be 3-5 business days to get a refund. It took you 3-5 hours to take too money from me! I want my refund within the next 24 hours. In the past, UHaul always debited my account after the truck return so the amount debited was accurate. I’m very upset about this!

steven cShowed up at pickup time, and nobody was there to assist. After asking the employee whom was working for help, he was rude and hung up on me, then proceeded to yell and swear at us. Though the altercation wasn't all one sided, had he handled it with any care/concern it wouldn't have escalated. Instead he said he couldn't help and hung up on me. 25 minutes after opening time and quoted pickup time the owner arrived to open up. Once the owner arrived he got us in and out quickly and the truck was completely adequate, but the incident was ridiculous. Won't ever use them for any service again and clearly won't share the story in a positive light.

Mark GU-Haul, Everything turned out OK but when we came to pick-up the truck at 3:00pm on July 9th, Joe's Collision business was closed. Fortunately, when we called the business number, one of the workers was still there and opened the door and helped us with the pickup. He said that according to the paperwork we were supposed to pick up the truck at noon. Nobody had received that change so it was like U-Haul changed it on the fly. After that scare, which would have been a BIG problem, everything worked out fine. Mike Kabat

Steve H20ft truck one way, we put 153 miles on it and got charged $340. Ridiculous, Ive rented 26 ft trucks going longer distance and it only cost $250. Going with Ryder next time, we rent allot of truck from your company. Not anymore

ROB BRented a 6x12’ utility trailer with ramp. Everything was great but description did not mention that ramp and opening on rear of trailer was only 5’. Would have been good to know beforehand.
NATHAN SMaybe it’s is in the description of the trailer but I didn’t read it. When it says 6x12 I assumed it would mean the whole trailer is 6x12 ! Rented 6x12 trailer with ramp to move some things but the opening at the end of the trailer is not 6 fr wide it is smaller. The description is deceiving in that respect. My husband was not happy with me at all did not make his weekend now we have to rent another trailer again. Joes was great! Lisa W.

RICHARD MOverall experience was terrible. From the person at the rental place not being there and no one else trained to the trailer being on the lot but not in the inventory. The confusion of renting it for 2 days but the receipt saying we only had it for 6 hours and trying to change that was a nightmare
