We went to the location to pick up the truck but the app kept saying that GPS indicates that we are not at the right location. Turns out the store didn't update their address on the map and they have them 5 miles down the road. I waisted 2 hours waiting on line for U-Haul customer service which was horrible. I am very disappointed that no one was able to help. The phone was disconnected multiple times and no one ever bothered to call us back. It was very frustrating 2 hours.Abram A.

The Uhaul rental business recently moved into a new location, but the location hasn't been updated on Google maps, and their previous building still states their business name, although the building is no longer being used. However, when we called the store, they gave excellent directions to their new location. Not updating on Google maps could cause some confusion for people who rely on the app for directions. The Uhaul rental doubles as an antiques store. Also, neither the personnel nor other costumers wore masks (September 2020), which was a bit concerning. Overall though, we found this business to be very friendly and helpful.Patricia W.

Get the correct address in the system also have it so that you can get the app to locate the correct spot where the vans are had to go onto the other side of highway in order to get the correct location. I reserved this 3 weeks in advance 8 miles from my home I received a text 2 days before picking it up that I had to go 65 miles from home to get the van.Douglas V.

Dealt with Ed who was great and very friendly. Rented a nice and newer truck. Wanted a ten foot truck but they were out of them so Uhaul upgraded me to their available twenty foot truck. Very pleased. Highly recommend Uhaul and this location, particularly.SEAN E.
Warning! U- haul will hold a trailer for you at a location that doesn't even have trailers. Their computer doesn't check. Added 2 hours to a very long trip!Richard R.

The online junk Uhaul has gone to is worthless the old was was better. I cleaned my trailer because it was nasty when I picked it up. The staff at Ed's helped. The people at Uhaul didn't help as much as I'd hoped I spent 45 mins trying to figure out how to return the trailer with the app. I spent 13 mins on hold and it still didn't get returned until I went back in after I got off work on fridayjustin M.

However uhaul should explain its charges clearer and give at least an hour lead way in dropping off before charging the automatically charging the customer the pads(blankets) should be free as well as appliance dollies when picking equipment up then if not returned the total price to replace pads and dollies should be charged.LARRY S.
