The area was very dirty no parking had to wait for someone to leave just to park no one was around no one answer their phone left two messages still no response finally after 25 minutes was able to drop everything off using my phone it was very unpleasant would not recommend drop off there ever again for anyone two thumbs down and center fingers up!!!!CHARLES M.

The problem was your phone application that required two referral phone numbers beyond the two on my contract and would not accept two new valid numbers saying they were already on the contract.Michael K.

Location wasn't really the issue, U-Haul mixed up My pick up time and delayed us an hour. The location hours said opens at 9 but no one showed up until 9:45.Steve C.

It was only a "part time" Uhaul servicer, and no one seemed to know what to do or how to process a return. It was recommended as the closer/faster location rather than a larger, more convenient one, which we didn't understandDavid M.
