My big issue is it cost me more than it should have cause i dropped it off after hours and so i got a charge for that cause it was said that i can do that online and save that money but i found out i got that charge and how to prevent it on my reciept

Had one tire with low pressure I filled it to the proper pressure and had no problems after that. My rental experience was very good. Equipment functioned as needed Customer service was good also.

Figure out your online billing system for tolls. I have paid, but I keep getting notices that I need to pay. The system shows my payment, and I can't figure out why I am getting these notices.

Did not know the tongue weight on the 6 x 12 enclosed trailer was so high, especially loaded. Unhooked it to load in apartment complex and had to use car jack to hook it back up. U-Haul should make customers aware of this potential issue.

I liked the staff although they like many locations did not answer the phone. Once I arrived at the location though my experience was good. The staff were quick and the equipment was very nice. Dirt lot though, did not like that.

The location was great. The truck was exactly what I needed. Service was quick, responsive, helpful. There were no unexpected charges, and overall a great experience. The only negative was the automated texts about how I needed to verify the return by mobile device as though a truck rental has ever required owning a mobile phone, and as though it were perfectly reasonable to expect every customer to not only have a mobile phone but also to expect them to know to read their texts for further instructions about how to verify equipment turn-in, which for years was a very standard process that has never required a mobile phone, but now suddenly, if you don't have one or use the truck so quickly and for such a short amount of time that you would never think to stop and check for a text, so that you drop the truck off, drop keys in the box and drive off, and then over an hour later you get a text that suggests that because you didn't use a phone to document the drop-off (which incidentally, speaks perfectly well for itself when the truck turns out to be there and the key in the box) somehow that bears the charging of a convenience fee because what? if I had only taken some photos and ticked some boxes on a form while still on site, then maybe the shop owner would not have actually had to verify the truck was dropped off? Bullshit. Nothing I did or didn't do by not performing a mobile verification caused anyone to have to provide anymore or any less service than exactly what is done every single time. This guy at JJ's Auto Sales (and Uhaul rental) runs a decent place and was super quick and helpful. Why would you guys want to give him and his customers a hard time with this stupid pretend surprise service fee for a service that is not really a service? Knock that shit off. Seriously.

The lights didn’t work on the first trailer I was given and I was told to take it to a trailer maintenance place to have my truck fixed. Turns out my truck was fine. Had to take the trailer back to get another one.
