Emphasize the importance of a thorough preoperation check and make sure that all locations have the capability to provide a receipt upon turn-in.

My issue is not with Jireh Motors but with U Haul. I ordered a furniture dolly which I absolutely needed in order to move my furniture. When I arrived at Jireh Motors to pick up my truck they told me they did not have any dolly's and the one that was suppose to come with the truck was not on it. They were kind enough to call every U Haul within a drive-able radius while I sat in their office and no one had one. In addition I received no blankets covers they were also not available. I BLAME U HAUL for this screw up that cost me to drive the truck to Lowes and buy the dolly and the blankets. In the future I will be using some other truck rental organization or hire 2 Men and a Truck moving company. Given the time frustration and money I had to deal with made the move a total mess.

Well once I figured out where in the world my rental vehicle actually was, these guys did their best to get me on my way. The truck was damaged, had ZERO fuel and the previous renter smoked in it, using the cup holder as an ash tray. UHaul computer failed to do anything useful so I drove off with no gas, no paperwork, registration or any documentation of any kind. Epic FAIL U-Haul!! Penske will have my business from now on.

They were very kind and generous to our predicament. They were willing to go beyond what was required.

I reserved the truck online and arrived on time, but it took about 40 minutes for me to get the keys to the truck, as everything had to be manually entered into this company's computer system. Someone from U-Haul needs to go visit this location, as it was really nasty. The building was completely dilapidated and not a good reflection of U-Haul's standards. All this being said, the operator was a nice father-son team, so I feel bad sharing this review.
