When I picked up th car it had gas tank half full and I was supposed to return in the same way (half full). My suggestion is that you should Have the gas tank filled up all the way and require form the customers to return in the same way.

This place was awful. The cashier had to call the owner's wife to do my paperwork over the phone. I never spoke to her in person. They weren't sure they had everything that I reserved. It took forever and while I was there the owner was yelling at and berating another customer. There was a large dent in the door which I mentioned to the person who gave me the truck. I could not fit the dolly or blankets and went to ask if I could return them and they took them however never updated my reservation. I then got to my dropoff location in Johnson City (which is an amazing place) and she calls about the dent in the truck and the owner's wife said she spoke to me in person and that there was no dent which is a blatant lie, both about the dent and speaking to me in person. JC also informed me that the contract was not changed and that I was supposed to have the dolly and blankets, but luckily the other cashier who helped me bring them in was there when she called and was able to confirm that I had indeed brought them back. All in all, except for the second cashier the service at the place was awful.

I drove a total of 4 miles and you guys are charging me $32 dollars for gas trying to say it was full when I picked it up.I put gas in it and it was a little over 3/4 of a tank when I brought it back which was a little more than when I picked it up.

As stated above the employee here was very helpful There was about a 20 minute delay because of some erroneous information between his computer and the computer for the national office regarding mileage cost. It was resolved to my satisfaction.

They were so helpful with my pickup,purchase and return and made it very easy for me. There was an issue with my prepaid debit card payment which took payment twice out of my account for some reason and they made sure to call me ASAP to let me know that it had been rectified and that my payment was to return within 48hrs. And still overall very satisfied. Thank you guys!!

Rental contract was not emailed as promised by woman on the phone. Person in store was deferred rental to woman on the phone. I still do not have a contract that tells me the total cost on my rental.

Had problem with location giving away truck to another individual, although I have rated that experience as poor, the people I talked to at both the location and with U Haul directly we’re empathetic and promptly apologized. Experienced a feeling of trying to get me off the phone while talking to U Haul, location promptly replaced with another vehicle.

I booked Uhaul at a different location before 1 month, last day of my pick up they changed the pickup location. When I went there for the pickup, they said they don't have Dolley which I booked, So they only gave me small Dolley and charged for the big Dolley. I am not happy this time with Uhaul service. Very poor.
