He didn't know anything about getting a discount when I returned the truck with a quarter tank of gas said it was done when I rented it Plainfield didn't get the discount

Thomas McewenI was told by UHAUL that this van would hold the same as a 10' Box truck. A queen size mattress and box springs will not fit in the truck and I had to call someone with a truck to assist to get it moved. Not the fault of the rental store owner, but Uhaul did not represent the size of this van very well.

Anthony CzarneckiThe location and staff were great. Super helpful. I did have some trouble with the app, I did not get instructions for pickup sent to me until long after my scheduled pickup time. The app did not work at drop off either, so I just put the keys in the drop box and hoped for the best. Overall, it was a good experience renting this uhaul. We were able to get moved and the van was easy to operate.

Nancy DzurkoThe car towing trailer had worn/broken strap buckles. The Uhaul representatives were able to replace them straightaway, but the fact that the equipment was returned to service that way was disappointing.

He was polite and very kind. He quickly went through the process at a very agreeable pace with me. He took me out to show me how everything worked and was very helpful. I was very pleased with Jim Whites auto in terre haute. This was a smooth and seamless transition. Thank you.

Steve BrownI put ‘not applicable’ on the clean box because we had to switch trucks and redo contract because the first one had a seat adjustment problem. The 2nd rental had some spills throughout the cabin but we were happy to clean it up before returning it since it had been a last minute exchange.

Erich LieserI reserved my uhaul about 5 days in advance at a location located on Lafayette Ave. Get there at 9 am like I had scheduled and no one is there. Wait for about fifteen minutes to check the inside of the store and am informed by the couple also waiting for pick up that no one is here and someone is on the way. 930 rolls around and I finally call the # left on my email and some guy named Howard? Picks up, tells me he has to take his daughter to the airport and someone will be there by 10??????? I call customer service and they don’t know what’s going on so I get transferred to someone local? And they tell me my pick up location was changed even though I never received an email or any sort of notification telling me this. Got to the other uhaul and had no clue where to park, the truck are randomly assorted throughout this old gas station. Get to the front door and catch the guy working about to leave for a service request so I almost missed them as well. All in all terrible, hopefully there’s another option next time I move
