Getting in and out of the location was difficult due to congestion of vehicles being either on at the automotive center. The trailer was parked in another lot that was very spacious and easy to maneuver in.Jim R.

They had no moving blankets and had to drive 10 miles to get some . That location in Hampton was very poor . It took me 20 minutes to get blankets.Carleton H.

I have no problems with the staff. The u haul it's self worked fine. The auto transport was the WORST experience of my life!! We got a faulty trailer twice!! It put us 24 hours behind schedule on our move. We moved 870 miles and had to stop every 20 miles to reattach the straps to the car and keep checking the tires. We finally bought straps of our own since we had to wait 5 hours for help on the first trailer (to get a faulty one again). When we called with a complaint we were promised a 48 hour response. We got a response after 81 hours only after we went to a UHAUL and got the number to leave a message with the president of the company. The ONLY way UHAUL made it right was by refunding the price of the auto transport. I will never use them again! They do not care for their customers safety or how they affect their customers lives!ashley B.
Trailer didn't seem to been clean or check out before leasing it out. The tire pressure wasn't check. When I check the tire pressure it was at 40 psi. The brakes didn't seem to work properly. It seem the trailer was pushing me every time I apply the brakes. Instead of helping to slow my vehicle down. This was the worst trailer I ever got from Uhaul.John R.

I reserved two weeks in advance of use at my home City UHaul dealer. Week off, told vehicle would be available 40 miles away for move day. MAJOR inconvenience and extra cost to drive other vehicle to new location. New location called and I was told vehicle was available for pick-up the evening before my move. Picked up the night before, but was assured drop off time was same. Also not enough pads from original reservation. Later got threating calls from Drop Off site telling me vehicle was overdue and penalties for bumping others reservations were being added. REALLY?ROBERT M.
