Robert MDuring this rental, I dropped the trailer at the location i was directed to, 3500 S. Sheridan Tulsa, OK. Yet I was charged for a wrong drop off location. I believe I should be refunded, for this charge. I have rented from U-Haul on several occasions over the past years and may need to consider another rental company, unless reimbursed for this erroneous charge.
Kenneth YKeep it exactly as it is. Very professional and friendly. No units in my town or the neighboring town ... but I call Aurora and "no problem come and get it".

It's not the renting facility problem. it's U-Haul lack of rotation to a U-Haul repair and maintenance facility. over priced and no maintenance. As always

SHELLEY WWe arrived to pickup the rental truck and the staff was person would leave us several times during our transaction to check out other customers wanting to order food, pay for gas, etc. Overall it was not a good experience and took over 45 minutes to get our rental. Will not return or recommend anyone to go to this chaotic and unorganized location.
Alyson GStaff was shorthanded on the day of pick-up and very busy with their other business (convenient store operations, providing food/ breakfast) which resulting in a delay in service - even after I was able to notify them of my purpose several other customers were taken care of before my rental was addressed (some can in after I was present). Thankfully I was not in a hurry that morning but there was still some dissatisfaction in feeling like I was being passed over.

Christopher WThis rig was a total disaster. Not exaggerating this rig had over 70 marks, scratches, dents, places where someone tried to break. Iinto the drivers side door, and many other examples that were NOT marked!!!! I spend 45+ minutes describing the damages on the mobile app. Rig was HORRIBLE on gas under 7mpg and I never got above 55 mph. By drive was 90% highway and had very little weight on it. Go ANYWHERE else!!!!!!!!!! ANYWHERE!!!!!!

DARIN JRentals are no priority, they always seem to be lost when it comes to dealing with one, even if you call ahead and confirm the pick up they still have to scramble to get everything/anything ready when you show up.
