UHaul failed to have all our reserved (and pre-paid) blankets at the arranged pickup location. We had to take time to drive across town to get those blankets, which shouldn't happen.

I was looking forward to being able to rent a truck with a contactless experience. Online checking would not work because of an issue with location services. Location services were turned on on my phone but it still wouldn't work. I had to get help from a jiffy lube employee and the process took probably a half an hour before being able to leave with the truck. Employees were not wearing masks as required by Ada county and interacting with the employees made me feel uncomfortable because I needed to provide license and credit card and could not maintain 6 ft social distancing requirements. The fact that people in customer service are not wearing masks seems completely irresponsible to me especially with spiking numbers county wide. Makes me question what kind of cleaning practices are being taken for their rental vehicles. Upon checkin I had the same issue with location services and couldn't properly check in. I ended up just leaving truck and dropped key in Dropbox. I then downloaded the app which worked to complete drop off. But by that time I had already dropped keys off and could not complete all the pictures needed for the check in process. Hopefully if I need to rent u-haul in the future, the process is a bit smoother.

This location has an oil change business and some sort of a smog check location. No parking, no clear place or procedure to return equipment. I was asked to back the trailer into an exceptionally narrow space next to an employee car. The associate who helped me was trying to be helpful, but clearly this location is not prepared to provide a quick and easy return process.
