Just inform the owner that he shouldn't have a sign on the door saying he's not there, when in fact he is there. This is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5.JEREMY R.
I had alot of problems. I reserved a uhaul at a certain a time but the owner/worker was late. Didnt get in the uhaul until 930. Very frustrating when I had a 9 am apptLeeann B.

I hated the new pick up drop off method. The app wasn't working for me at first. And the guy made me wait 20 Mins, I got the online check in but Then went to drop it off and the app wouldn't work again so I just had to drop my key and leave.Christie S.
The employees were friendly, but they didn't acknowledge me quickly when I entered, and it seemed like they were having some kind of an argument at the time. Also, they didn't wear a mask when interacting with me and the return took a bit longer than I expected.Dustin J.

Scheduled to pickup truck car dolly and furniture dolly at Akron. But was told I had to drive to Canton, Ohio for the car dolly, then back to Akron for the Truck and no furniture dolly. At the drop off point in Virginia I was told to fold and bag the blankets or I would be charged. This is NOT my job. Never again!Robert S.
