This was frist time renting a uhaul, I was scared at frist but I got use to it, I wish someone would of opened it so I could of seen inside, He showed me how to open it by not looking inside I opened it & took pictures just in case but, over all I had a great experience !!!VERONICA F.
Despite the difficulty I had with the U-haul, the men who worked there were very helpful and explained everything step by step on returning the truck. I will use their service again. (I bought a mattress very comfortable for someone with back pain).Ashley K.
The uhaul smelled like cigerettes and there were used paper towels in the cab. There was also crumbs and dust in the cup holders and storage compartments in front. The phone pick up did not work and I had to wait extra for someone to help me get the keys. It didn't ever send me a code tp open the lock box. Dropping off the uhaul was a struggle but I think it was just a bad service area.Samantha S.
They need to give an update when customers drop off their rental. This location tried to charged me extra money for an extra day meanwhile I dropped off my rental couple of days prior to that.Habakuk D.
The check in process online took me forever and it would not give me the 4 digit code to get into o lock box thankfully the crew at the pickup location was great. I was originally charged way more than I even asked for the customer service rep had to change me order. Overall the process was a drag and I really hope it is better next timeDaniel M.

During my 6:30pm pick up the key was not in the lock box. Luckily a staff from Jerusalem furniture was working late and he was able to get me the key (it had been left in the return box). Probably would have been screwed if the staff hadn't been working late.Matthew S.
The truck at pick up point at 592 Washington Street had no dolly and furniture pads and I was charged $10 for each = $20 and I called one of your representatives yesterday on 6176237444 and he said U-Haul will reimburse me the $20. I think net time it's a good idea to charge a customer after confirmation with both pick up and drop off points.PAMA W.

You totally misuse the credit card.. first i get charged for extra fuel as i get half empty tank and you guys charge me for driving 7 miles... then instead or charging me for 7 miles.. you charge me for 33 .. greatChitral G.
