Actually include the lockbox code with the pickup. I don't appreciate having to spend an extra half hour standing in the parking lot, trying to figure what the problem could possibly be. Stay on top of your affiliates.

Barbara BThere needs to be designated area to drop off the vehicle. Put some signs up. Have it lit at night, because I had to pay for extra mileage because when I went to drop it off at night I could not see anything or figure out how to do anything because the parking lot was dark. No lights. Just not safe.
Kenneth DBad Check in. Trailer fell off hitch when leaving parking lot. Trailer was too low. I went to U-Haul of Middletown NJ. THEY did a great job of repairing everything and was able to get me on my way. I have used U-Haul of Middletown many times. ALWAYS first class service. Great employees. Can’t say enough about them..
