Your company went above and beyond. Our truck and trailer we were to pick up was ready when we arrived. All I had to do was register in the office and get into the truck and go. In addition they needed equipment delivered to our drop of location. They asked if we could tow a piece of equipment for them. They made it very much worth our while. I have used uhaul many times and I have always been pleased with my equipment. Our pick up at Jerry's boat and storage, the employee was so nice. Our overall experience was a 10. Thank you uhaul.

Although the location in Hollister was very pleasant to deal with, the overall U-Haul experience was not. We were told our truck would be in one place and then we were told we had to drive 50 miles out of our way to pick it up at another place. Very very frustration when you have people and a schedule to keep .

LEWIS WGreat staff! I dropped my van off (I was using an auto transport and couldn't drive 2 vehicles, so needed to drop it off) and needed to plug into power and they allowed me to put my van inside the gate and plug in. I had my small freezer inside - full of food - so I really needed to plug it in.

DOUGLASS MI was impressed with the trailer that we had rented. It was a 6 x 12 unit with new tires and a new surge brake system recently installed. We pulled the trailer over 850 miles and it pulled and performed great.

Christopher TTake off the COVID restrictions. Having to talk to someone, even someone as pleasant as Andrea was, over a phone looking through the glass window, was a bit ridiculous. I wasn't planning on hugging her or even shaking her hand, and she is on the other side of the counter and plenty far away from customers, so please, stop drinking the Kool Aid and open the doors.

Ronald Shad set up a pre open receipt of a truck and after 2 hrs on the phone with uhaul and using all my data, I sill could NOT get into the truck. I had to wait until the store opened. I was assured the code would come to me prior to the day I needed the truck and it DID NOT.
