Only charge what you’re people quote. I will not pay more then I was quoted and if you try to run the card for more I will disbute it with my bank

No problem with drop off. Dealer came and inspected trailer and closed me out. In my survey comments on the pick up side I indicated that I hoped all of your people were as nice as the dealer I picked up from. Well, the drop off people were just as nice and personable. U-Haul is fortunate that at least two of their dealers are great. Thanks, I've always used U-Haul and if needed I'll use you again.

The uhaul trailer smell like car gas. Everything that we hauled smelled like gas when we got home. Who ever used it before did not clean it after hauling a lawnmower or something with gas in it.

J.Kelly GMC was very accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a U-Haul rental. Mr. L.B. walked me through the sign up and explained everything thoroughly. Best dealer I have ever used. Truck was extra clean and ready when I needed it. I would definitely rent from them again. Excellent service.

Had trouble paying for additional mileage over the phone when I returned truck after business hours due to glitch on u-haul side. Will pay at pick-up location.

First you should make sure your supply inventory matches UHaul. Second if your not going to be there during business hours don't charge me another day rental as you did to me and after talking to region manager he was rude and would not listen he kept speaking over me .so I was charged 157.00 for 1 night and that was in town.This place needs all new managers and employees!!!

This was a terrible experience for me. I was called 3 hours before my scheduled pick-up at different location and told that the trailer I wanted was not available there. The U-haul representative, Sheena, was AMAZING she accommodated me and rerouted my pickup to this location. However, when I arrived I had to walk around the whole place 3 times before anyone decided to help me. Then the guy that helped me, Leonard, was just beyond rude. He told me that he didn't give a f*** if I rented the trailer or not. I asked him if that was how he treated all his customers, his response was that he didn't work for U-haul so he could care less and that I wasn't his customer. I had to have the trailer that day or else I would have left on the spot and not taken the trailer. I have used U-haul many times in the past but after this experience I may have to reconsider. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PICKUP LOCATION.

If a customer makes an advance reservation for a certain truck size, then every effort needs to be made to provide the customer with a truck of that size.

Was told when I rented the equipment I could drop it off at any U-Haul dealer in Tampa. Was told the same thing when called the toll free number fo U-haul on the morning I had to return the equipment by a u-Haul spokesperson. Ultimately was told I had to drop equipment at two specific locations. Because of this it cost me extra time, gas and money to drop off the trailer.

First, Truck did not start do to a dead battery. Second, as I departed this location I was then covered in ants as the truck was somewhat infested nearly cuasing me to run off the road. Third, after I loaded the truck upon inspection of the tires, the left rear seemed to have low psi. Drove to the nearest gas station to inflate to the proper psi, and came to the conclusion that the tired would not hold over 40 psi and had a leak in the side wall and the battery was completely dead and unserviceable.
