I was very irritated with the return process. We weren't informed until 5 minutes prior to me pulling into the dealers parking lot about needing to download an app. Gps the location. Take pictures... I had an appointment so my wife had to go there after I dropped it off to try to do all the bull**** required because I didn't have time. She was there for 45 min on the phone with a u-haul rep because there process was not working.

My reservation was bumped so I had to drive to Pulaski only to get a 15 foot when I ordered a 17 foot. I ordered a utility dolly and they never game me the strap for it. ??

The mileage allotted was not sufficient. The mileage was literally from the pick up location to the drop off location and doesn’t consider the mileage having to travel back to the location where we are moving from or dropping off too. There should be a better way to calculate this so that the prices are more upfront.

Reserving the uhaul thru Shawano was great! Friendly, accommodating and informative. Getting the truck thru Pulaski was difficult. Tried to get information about the cost of extra miles; was told either 69 or 99 cents per mile-I asked several times- no attempt to look up. We did express check in and paid online. Great feature! In Pulaski we were charged insurance (which we had declined twice while making our phone reservation) BUT they did not even ask! Just charged my card. When I called to dispute, I couldn’t get a word inedge wise because she went on and on about the Great deal I got and how I really needed that insurance. We just felt there was really poor customer service there.

I reserved and paid in full many days before the pickup date. The day before pickup I received a call that I had to go to another location to get the truck. This added over an hour to the whole project with the extra driving. This was unacceptable! Not the issue of the people in Pulaski.

I actually reserved a truck at the BP on Taylor st in Green Bay WI. Only to show up and it's not there. To make matters worse they couldnt find my reservation or a 26' truck for me. I moved to Madison and that was the only day we could do it! After about a half hr of stressing they finally find my reservation in Pulaski!!!!! Never would I have reserved a truck so far away!!! It took the guy like 30 min to get us set up in the computer!!! Since we then had to drive a half hr north to get the truck then a half hr back to Green Bay we wasted 2 hrs of moving time!!! It was already a stressful move and this made it a million times worse!!!!!!!

Better follow up communication after the transaction. I only rented the unit for one day, but was charged for two. I'm still trying to get in contact with someone regarding a partial refund.

Jerovetz Automotive is just about as good as it gets when it comes to the U-haul experience. Very nice and well informed staff and a good vehicles too. Thanks Jerovetz and U-haul very much for the smooth move.

I had to provide personal information two (2) separate times because the web page was not responding properly. Finally, a phone call had to be made to U-Haul central processing in order to complete the transaction. In all, it took 45 minutes to check out the trailer. This was time I didn't have to spare because of the changing weather conditions. The problem was not with the dealer but with U-Haul.

This location was very nice, though I had requested to pick-up the trailer closer to home. I instead had to drive half an hour to find Jerovetz. The staff at the auto shop were extremely friendly and helpful!

The service lady didnt know how to use the system. Said I was lucky they even had one for me. Had to change my pick up location. They didn't have the dolly i paid for and the air conditioning didn't work!

The U-Haul experience was the most stressful possible. The owner opened the store 40 minutes late, they did not have the right moving van size which caused me to do two trips instead of one, and they did not have the dolley or enough moving pads. I was incredibly disappointed in the entire process.

Mark was friendly when I spoke to him last week. However, I got no instructions from the phone rep where to leave trailer and the parking lot was cram packed full of used vehicles and uhaul trailers and trucks when I dropped it off last night.

My reservation did not match the available equipment and the man at the rental location went out of his way to help me get not only a truck but a trailer from another dealer so I would have enough room to move my house.

The drop off location was fine. It was, however, quite a distance from the location I was told I could use. I picked UHaul because of the convenient drop off location. To be told that that location was closed after I had made the move was unreasonable.

The location reeked of gas. I don't know how that representative sits in that office all day long. Although I checked in on-line it was over an hour to get the truck. When I went in the rep told me that luckily someone else had not come in for the truck so it was all mine. I was never told there was a chance I would not have access to it as soon as I arrived. The rep said his internet kept going out so he had to call someone to check me in. He "never" gave me any forms except for the green validation tag. He did not have all of the items I ordered online. It was a bad experience.

I brought the truck back with more fuel than the 3/8 mark that I was instructed to do. They now have charged me almost $14 extra to put more fuel in the truck. I dropped it off on Sunday when the business was closed. I'm requested my credit card transaction be reversed.

Rented for 815 am they did not arrive till 9am and then after 20 more minutes were finally able to complete the transaction. They then proceeded to over charge me for milage (charging me for the elstimated miles not actual) then told me they can't refund me and gave me a number to call. I was on the phone for 30 minutes to receive the refund for being over charged! Poor service!
