Great customer service
Jatovia S1st truch was scheduled for next day by the person in the phone. When I called back they had no 15ft at the location near my house. I had to drive 30mins for an 8o’xñock pick up instead of a 6:45 pick up 10 minutes from me house.

Lindsay VThis is a bad location in a sketchy part of town. Asking single women to rent from this location by mobile is a dangerous situation. There were bums all around me. I was expecting to rent from an agent in the office. I had to dig in my purse and take out my drivers license and credit card in a very bad part of town. This whole experience made me very uncomfortable and I will never rent or return from this location again. It was bad. I also accidentally left a wrench in the truck. I’d like it back.

Janet OPlace was a dump and no one was there during normal business hours and they don't answer the phone. People may want to wear a bullet proof vest in that area!

SEGUNDO CTruck was filthy. Blankets thrown in the back. Half tank of gas. Not even the truck size I reserved
