Friendly and transparent service
JESUS R.Spray your trucks for roaches. The crew cab and the cargo area was infested with roaches. I had to spay down the table I transported before taking it inside my house. Each time I open the crew cab door there were roaches scurrying across the seats and floor mats. I was not happy about that aspect of the rental.

Gilberto R.I dropped off after hours so I didnt interact with anyone but, while the drop off process was easy overall the only thing I did not like was how busy and small the parking lot is with other traffic. It made dropping off a large truck and trailer a bit of a pain. But overall not bad.

DEBRA L.The process of self check in through the phone is way too burdensome. Some advance warning that you needed a passport, so that I didn't have to wait for you to call two contacts for verification would have been helpful. It would have been easier to check in physically in the building.

VENICE J.Be correct on the location, had to go to a different site, truck would not lite the trailer lites, had to take it to the original site to get the trailer lites working fully. Also this site did not have the contracted number of moving Blankets still need to get that resolved

litton M.The location was a drop box with no staff, I had no idea where to park, what to do with the trolly I had rented, and could barely find the key drop box at all. If you expect equipment to be returned during a holiday weekend, then you need to have staff on site, or at least available via phone to answer questions like “what do I do with the dolly I rented?†“Where do I park the vehicle†etc. Either just give people who rent over holiday weekends one free day, or pay some intern time and a half to come in to assist customers. This is day 1 business class shit. Seriously, every part of this transaction had been so inept you'd think this was a startup run by high schoolers or something.

DAVID G.Truck had NO shocks and NO suspension. Horrible riding and totally UNACCEPTABLE SHAPE. I want a refund. My contract was never put in the system and was unable to return it! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM U HAUL AGAIN! I need to do same trip next week and am going to a competitor.
JANE A.The first location I went to rent from. I had a 9:00 AM guaranteed pick up time and the guy who handles was not even there at the Blue Heron Marathon gas station at 3691 W Blue Heron Blvd. Riviera Beach, FL 33404, called the guy no answer. I will never recommend this location to anyone and U-Haul should pull their rental agreement with them since it makes U-Haul look very bad. I then had to call U-Haul wait on hold for over 20 minutes to get my reservation switched over to another pick up location which ended up being Jeffros Heroes which they were great and very accommodating like all of my previous experiences with U-Haul were.
Jason S.They led us to believe that getting to the destination in less time and using less miles would result in a credit. U-Haul corporate refused to give us a credit, claiming that the one way was a straight fee and was not based on number of days and miles. Personnel could not perform normal transactions: they could not add a driver a day after the contract was created; they could not trade an appliance cart for the one that we had that did not work well, they could not add a two wheel cart.

KIMBERLY C.The U-haul app is horrible. I did not have a signal and could not use the app to return the truck. The woman at the counter also had trouble connecting. When she did connect, there were multiple questions. It took more than 30 minutes to return the truck and I never got an email confirming the return.
PATRICIA M.Charged $1.19/mile when uhaul website states it is $0.69/mile. Charged me for gas when we discussed that his paperwork showed the wrong gage of gas that was in there to begin with. Brought back the truck on exactly where the gage was at to begin with. I rented the $19.99 truck for 2 hours and ended up getting a bill for over $80. This is ridiculous and should be invested.
JEANNETTE M.This location was accommodating with my reservation. Everything was set and then some manager had to stick his/her nose in and screw everything up by switching my reservation to a different location and different size truck that would have been to tall so I had to wait for 2.5 hours. Because someone in management can't pick up a phone and call the customer. Just change everything after hours Because they think they know best....
