Location was extremely hard to find, and personnel weren't very responsive. I also submitted a picture of the gas gauge during check in and thought I left it where I found it but got charged anyway.

Inside of truck was clean. Truck ran well. Wish you would tell people to clean windshield before returning truck. Air conditioner did not work.

The location was closed and gated off for the return. Another uhaul truck was just parked on the street and no indication was given for where to drop the keys off. I had to use there mail box and I hope that they get the keys and that the truck is fine where it was parked. If you need a truck rental for the weekend look for another location. Horrible set up for non business hours returns.

This location had my vehicle parked right outside his front door and ready for me to drive office soon as I signed a document. Express check in online is definitely worth it! Thank you U-Haul!
