If someone rents a UHaul from a specific location that is for a reason. I reserved a truck at the State Line store, where I had to wait longer than I should, only to find out I cannot get the truck I reserved. This was because it was scheduled to be rented on Saturday morning. How about they give me the truck I requested and find another one for the person coming after me. The customer in front of me was provided excellent service, and he didn't even have a reservation but the staff went out of their way to try and find him a rental. It was actually the craziest thing I have ever seen. I thought you had some kind of guarantee reservation process. Get it together UHaul.

Make sure your employees put stickers on the trucks cuz wen I went up there there was a lot of marks and I did not even get enough stickers to put on the truck and I thank its time for upgrading on new trucks that was the worst truck I have ever rented from

I would have to say no based on prior experiences with UHaul at other locations. Attendant at this location was newer at processing rentals and she even made the statement that she was to me and another customer. Truck only has 1/8 tank of gas which is the least amount of seen in my prior rentals from UHAUL.

First drop off location that I was assigned apparently isn't a uhaul location anymore. Know how I found that out??? I called the drop off location and an absurdly rude person answered the phone and told me 10 times that he is no longer a uhaul location when all I needed was a little help on what I needed to do now. I figured it out. That was the first problem. Second problem, the new drop off location was supposed to be done via the phone or app and I didn't know that. That was an absolute mess. Took over an hour to get it done. Was on hold with uhaul for 25 minutes. Brutal. Third problem is I disputed my final receipt and sent an email to the email I was supposed to send it to. It's been a week and I've got ZERO response. I don't think uhaul cares because they got my money. They have zero interest in trying to make it right. It blows my mind that there are companies that function like this and are still open. I won't use uhaul again because of this experience. The no response to my concern is the icing on the cake. What's funny is below this comment box I'm typing all this in there is a “if you need a response from us click here”. What's the point if you won't respond anyway?

When a customer rent your equipment in one state you should stay in that state for pickup. Or let it be the customer's choice to stay with your company. I didn't appreciate having to pay the higher taxes in Arkansas, which changed my pricing tremendously. And the location was 15 to 20 miles from where I lived. Bubba Green was only a mile and in Texas the location choice. The location was great for someone in Arkansas.

This location did not have the truck outside the gate waiting for pickup. The key was not inside the box indicated on the pick up instructions. Waited over an 1 hour and a half when my original pickup time was 8AM. I left the lot close to 10AM. Good help is hard to find. I suggest new employees at this location. Will not use this location or Uhaul again. I also order a dolly and it was suppose to be inside the truck. It wasn't.

When I receive the truck it was on empty. I didn't know how much I would need since I was going to Dodderidge. I put $75 dollars in gas to fill it up. After going to Dodderidge loading than going to storage it was still on full when I dropped it off. Morgan the manager gave me an 800 nbr to call to get my money back. The truck should not have been on E while picking it up. Morgan explained that whoever checked them him lied regarding gas and who knows what else. My experience with Morgan and Brock were outstanding. Great selection in employees.

I rented a 6 X 9 trailer which did not have a jack on the tongue. I had to disconnect the trailer on Two occasions to adjust my hitch and had to use the jack in my truck. All trailers should have a jack installed to assist with this.

Usually they are very good at checking the equipment out. When I picked up the Trailer the employee just left me to hook it up and didn't even check to make sure the lights worked. I knew what I was doing , but not everyone does.

I reserved a truck from one location. They called to see if I can move my reservation up 30 minutes. Absolutely, no problem. But then they moved my reservation to another location without telling me. So I go to the second location (after calling to confirm my first location reservation)....they have no trucks. So I'm off to my THIRD location- and already an hour behind schedule. I get to the third location and there is no reservation in the system so they have to redo all my information. Truck is beat up and dirty inside. Gas gauge was said to be on 5/8 tank. When I started it up, the meter was touching the 1/2 tank mark. I was already behind schedule so I left it alone. I'm sure there are other moving trucks I can rent for the rest of my move. Very disappointed!

Overall experience was good. Employee was willing and able to answer any and all questions. I was able to book the u-haul on both dates that I needed it, and found the having the u-haul to be very helpful and worth the money.

Rented truck for local move, low oil and two flat tires had to go to different location for tire issue took over one hour of time and when moving everything in one day was very inconvenient, no discount for their lack maintenance!??

They just pointed to the general direction for me to park and unhook the trailer. No help unhooking the trailer. I had to do it myself. Also had to drive thru 2 large mud holes to get to parking area back thru the mud holes to leave. I got the impression that guy at the desk wanted me to go somewhere else.

There was a failure by U-Haul to make contact and confirm my reservation and they were not sensitive to my request for pick up time. I had to track my own truck down by calling customer service. Overall everything still worked out in the end with the help of personnel at the customer service number...

They didnt go over truck with me...the a/c only worked in idol and the back of the truck had such a strong chemical smell we had horrible headaches when we got to our destination...very bad experience

The station attendant was late opening the facility. He did apologize and states that it was due to a flat tire. The phone number listed on the door was directed to a voicemail. He was kind enough and worked efficiently once arriving; however, those waiting were off schedule for the day. The store was scheduled to open at 9; attendant arrived at 9:15.Theresa should be a back up plan for opening the store in cases of emergency.
