Ensure the truck is full on gas. Got the truck empty of gas. Was informed I'd get a gas credit refunded when returning it. Return the truck 3/4th full and no credit was received. Highly upset about. Read notes on account to ensure credits are not needed.
Alaysha M.I had to go to 2 different locations to pick up my reserved equipment and the truck I got from this location had debris in the back. They offered to sweep it out but I told them not to worry about it. Over all the location was nice. The Uhaul experience in general sucked! Uhaul, not the locations, have horrible customer service! I'll never use Uhaul again! Furthermore I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone!

JOHN S.I was told I was going to refunded money for returning my equipment 3 days early, was told in Alaska if I return it early I get a refund…. Now some lame say I don't get a refund…. Especially after you guys paid 2 morons to give us a wrong tire and it blew as well as a weather worm tire so bad it looked like someone had slashed the tire…. 3 stranded times for 12+ hours and I don't get a refund??? Fucking bullshit

TERRI LEE T.Used the mobile pickup for my truck and the experience with the pickup was terrible. went through the whole process but was given the keys for the wrong truck than the one i was renting. since there are no employees there to correct it you have to call the uhaul number to get assistance in correcting the issue. this put me on hold for 45 minutes and longer. then took another 15 minutes on the phone with them to get the issue corrected, which they never did give me the correct 10 ft truck i needed but instead gave me the 15 ft truck at the same price, but not taking into account the bigger truck takes more gas which in turn makes the whole rental even more expensive. So overall i had to pay more, had to spend alot more time to get the truck which meant i was late for what i had to pickup with the truck. The only good was that the return was painless. At least so far.
