TONY MFrom a customer service perspective, I would say that things were okay. The issue that I have is that the equipment, specifically the tow dolly, should never have been released to me. The wheel fell off, damaged our car and left us stranded on a busy two lane highway. Uhaul did not answer our calls for help until I finally reached the HUBERT location.
