Cannot express my gratitude enough for the helpfulness of Steve! I had my ducks in a row before arriving to move my mom's things from FL to MI, but things happened and I had to completely reorganize how I was moving it all. Steve went above and beyond to help me secure the truck I ultimately drove home in. I'm rambling, but this U-Haul location is amazing! ¡Gracias!

Do not advertise equipment you do not have, I reserved 2 furniture dollys on line and when picking the van up they didn't have them. I had to then spend time to find a place to rent the dollys. The front drivers side tire had low air pressure , luckily Home Depot had the dollys and was able to add air to the tire. The location also closes at 1:00pm every day which is ridicules. Will not use this location again and will warn friends away from it

Rented 2 vans and neither was there at the time of pickup. I already prepaid weeks before. Very poorly operated company. Did finally get one van and had to drive another hour to a different location to get another. Uhaul wouldn't do anything for their screw up. First van was dirty with French frys all over and the out side dirty. I had to wash it and clean it before returning so they didn't charge me!

The truck I ordered wasn't on their lot. They said they attempted to call me but I didn't receive a call. I ordered it for 10:00 with movers coming at 11:00. The truck wasn't so back till 11-11:30. I ended up having to rent a smaller truck at a higher rate.

RENTERS BEWARE - DO NOT CAP ON THE GAS!!! Although, Jay, the service tech was extremely friendly -, Both my Son & I heard her say that we would be credited for any gas in tank when returned - Which we WERE NOT - Needless to say, Steve got away with an extra $50. worth of gas. DO NOT CAP ON THE GAS!!! - I would recommend to a friend with caution of non gas credit.

suggest that a vehicle walkthrough be implemented as the cab was dirty as well as the back of the truck. the vehicle has less than a quarter tank, and brought it back at the same but the miles left on the odometer said 39 miles. when i dropped off the truck i was told an receipt would be sent, which is was.. an additional 115.00 was added in addition to the 45.00 already charged . in any event, i wont be going back here. i'm surprised that a walkthrough didn't occur, but i assumed because the building this office was in, was empty like it was a new customer.

The new(ish) drop off procedures need to be mentioned when equipment is picked up. I locked the van and put the keys in the drop box before opening the app/online drop off so it was impossible to take pictures inside the vehicle.

Facilities and equipment was clean and in good working order. I did have issues trying to use the 24/7 method with the U-Haul app. Called the help line and they walked me through the process. Settings on my iPhone had to be change. This caused the reservation to be changed to on- line checkin which was more involved than the 24/7 process. These phone settings could be included in the 24/7 or on- line help tutorials to eliminate this frustration.

The before hours call in system for pickup is terrible, i called and was told you have a 38 minute wait, at minute 35 i was forwarded and the phone rang a few times and I was put back into the cue, with a 58 minute wait!!! Had to stay at the site until they opened. Then I tried to return the vehicle using the test link "session expired" was all that i got. Your systems are terrible

Location was closed at 1:00, directed to park truck at another location where there was basically no place to park it. Since truck was returned prior to 4:00 pm, would be nice to have a person to handle the check in process.
