They were way more helpful than the extremely rude customer service representative from UHaul that refused to help me after they changed the pick up location and did not inform me. After I voiced my displeasure of being inconvenienced, the uhaul rep hung up on me. Now the truck was dirty, it had a musty smell in the cab and had a horrible exhaust leak. The equipment was not satisfactory. I don't fault the folks at J&T at all. They were very nice and accommodating.

Alonzo B.The check in process does not work. You camera is not blocking the transaction but it still will not allow you to complete the return. I did not elect safetow but it was added to my balance when I created no damage to the trailer. Don't add fees that was not selected during original booking and allow checkin of trailers over the phone when issues arrive.

Richard W.When preparing truck for pickup clean windshield. Twice I picked up truck with nasty windows. Improve the check out process both times we reserved trucks in advance but the checkout process took 25-30 minutes. Even though we were told when we arrived that it was all ready to go, but then takes so long to checkout then have to then go find the truck. When we added a trailer to the truck rental a few days later that turned into a 45 min headache.

danny D.They knowingly gave us - 1 7/8 ball for the hitch vs required 2in ball knowing the drive was from GA to WA, charged it separately (I have the receipt) and in the last three hours of my CROSS COUNTRY trip the trailer became detached almost caused an accident and almost flipped our Tahoe! This not only put lives in danger it caused major damage to items being transported. I have photos of the hitch sold to us vs the one that was replaced. We were on the side of the road for 3.5 hours before being towed, ref case no. 2461684 for verification, then only could be towed an hour east out of the way to add a total of 6.5 hours to the trip on the last day. This is not okay and their contract should be revoked, they are lucky no injuries were acquired but the fact they knowingly endangered are lives is cause for concern. I am requesting a full refund on the rental as well as reimbursement due to broken items purchased along the (I have photos) due to the incident.

Peter R.Billing issue they waited almost a month to finish processing payment which I did not have at the moment and the gas tank was almost emptied when I got it. They almost caught a charge back due to the fact this should have already been closed out. This is not Uhaul standards. I rent Uhaul's a good bit for my business.

Tracy R.The mileage was put in wrong upon returning the truck. I called the representative and she told me that she would get in touch with corporate and get it adjusted. I picked the truck up with 120155 and returned it with 120224 (not 120244 as was put in ).
Willie K.Clean the truck. I get charged if the vehicle isn't clean...and with COVID, we really should be cleaning the cabs, especially. The dash was grimy, there was sticky goo in ALL the cupholders, and for whatever reason, there was sand literally everywhere. Also, dog food all in the back.
Jericho P.If someone reserves a truck and it isn't available, let them know before they drive 45 minutes and then settle for a smaller truck (which means 2 (4 hour trips)
Susan M.The vehicle wasn't cleaned when I arrived, it was parked in a location that I couldn't get out of because of a truck broken down in front of it, and after completing the required photos from uhaul, the air conditioning went out. I then had to go through the whole process all over again to only get another vehicle that was dirty inside and someone had been smoking in it. Tried to wash the windshield of and it had no washer fluid, so I went inside the facility to ask for some and was handed a can of window cleaner to use on the windshield which only made it worse. This was the worst vehicle and operation I've ever had to deal with while doing business with uhaul. I literally had to worry the whole time if we would make it. At several points the ABS light would come on and I had to stand on the brake to stop it. Really would like someone to contact me about this.
Marice L.This was the ONLY place open during operating hours. Also, the car hauler trailers sit too low to drive a car onto and open the door so you can get out? Why? The web site also does not operate so you can reserve the item wanted. Reserved trailer at location that was never open, had the item there but was told could not get it there.as out of stock but had two but closed for several days.

The guys cranking up their Harleys while she was talking to me was silly. I couldn't hear a word she said while they revved up the bikes inside the area she was renting to me. . Just a Lil silly. Again I will use them in the future they have a cool setup. Just appreciate me using their site by leaving the racket down.
