This is the first time I used this location and the guy running it did a great job. I was under a time crunch last minute things going on with me. I had to change size of trucks then truck might not be back in time he was able to work with me this time and everything worked out. Next time I need a truck he's who I'm calling .So what to do to improve ? make all our locations lick this one.

I was not impressed with the Approval process. I had to sit for 10 minutes to “Wait for Approval” because I didn't get all four corners of my Driver's License uploaded.

Nothing No complaints Owner was very nice, even though my nephew was late picking up the trailer. I would highly recommend this establishment. Was also glad I could pick it up on a Sunday.

I have no problem with either locations. However I have a huge problem with the call center and I would likely never use uhaul again unless the problem can be resolved. The call center sent me to a storage unit for my free one month rent that wasn't a uhaul storage unit. When I called to complain, they said oh well sorry but you have to go an hour away and use that storage unit.. ... so I paid for the unit out of my pocket hoping to be reimbursed which I was not or will not. I would understand if it was my mistake, but it was not which I why I feel uhaul should reimburse me for the monthly storage cost of $65.

The ONLY comment I have is the truck seemed to be a unnecessarily ride. I was on country roads, which could factor into that, but was surprised how much I was "bouncing" in the seat.

The description of where the keys were was different than the instructions. But overall it was good experience. The instructions wanted me to drop at another location. Which made not sense since I had to leave my care at the pickup location. Thanks

When I rented this truck I told the seller I wanted to return the truck in Johnstown Ohio which was 10 minutes from my location. No one mentioned anything about not being able to do that. Overnight I received an email with a different drop off location 30 minutes away. When I called to see why I was told the location I wanted for a drop off was full. Why couldn't someone have let me know that when I rented the truck the day before. I'm in the process of moving and this extra hour of the day wasted was not needed today.

I was given the wrong dolly. I was given a regular dolly. I needed a flat one with wheels on the bottom to move the piano. It was frustrating, although it did work out. But pianos are REALLY heavy.

Make sure that J&R Storage has smaller trucks available for local use (Chardon). It is not convenient or economical to go to just any location. r

I used the App to drop off the truck. When I got to the last screen it indicated I successfully filled in all the information. It went to the next steps screen and only stayed on my phone for a second and disappeared. Not sure why it did that. So I just put keys in drop box and left.
