Joe was super helpful - they arrived early and stayed late, helped hook up the trailer, and lent me a hitch when mine didn't work for the trailer I was renting. Call and ask for Joe - they're great and were really kind and helpful.

On arrival at the location, it was not staffed. A member of the ranch where this uHaul is located knew the phone number for a staff member and was able to call for them to attend, but I had to wait around 15 minutes. The trailer wiring harness did not work and had to be replaced before I left the location. Tires were in poor condition but no other trailers were available. A few hours after pickup, the trailer developed a flat tire and I then had to wait an hour for a tow truck to come replace it. Overall, the worst uHaul experience I have had to date.

This Uhaul is co-located with another business. A second employee stopped what he was doing and assisted in getting me all hooked up and checked out. Same employees helped unhook the trailer when I returned it. They were very attentive as to how my experience was, wanting to know if I experienced any issues with the equipment. I have rented in the past, not from them, and my experience has been drop off the equipment and have a nice day.
