upon pick up.. there was stone chip in window I and the PA location did not notice. As I drove higher altitude and colder climates out west, I noticed a crack form. I informed the drop off location and it was a relief to know it was not my responsibility.

The staff at J & J has always been helpful. The online check out system leaves much to be desired. We were unable to access the online checkout after several attempts, including changing our password and also trying to log on as a customer who did not have an account. We called U-Haul to request assistance. Spoke with Rebecca Sexton who asked that we email her pictures and she said she would close out the ticket and send us a confirmation. We never did hear back from her and ended up calling J&J the following morning to ensure that out ticket was closed out.

If U-Haul does not have the truck requested, please notify customers more than 48 hours ahead of schedule and reserved pick up time. Getting a phone call less than 2 days prior to a reserved pickup date, in preparation for a cross-country move, that stated there was no truck available put me and a giant amount of emotional stress. I had to scramble to make a 5-hour round trip to pick up a truck.

The young lady st the front desk was very professional courteous and knew her job well. She had difficulty getting the U-haul site to function properly, She visited with us asked if there was anything she could do for us. Etc. Very commendable employee.

I paid for 3 extra days, uncertain when I would be able to return the unit. I was informed that when I turned the unit in on Saturday there was no refund for days not used and that I did not need to prepay for extra days, the extra days could be paid when I turned the unit in.. Please refund the unused days to my credit card used in Alamosa CO

Location was closed when we dropped off the trailer but the owner just happened to pull up as we were backing up the trailer and unhooked the trailer for us and parked it in its proper location.

Extremely expensive and overpriced. Really don’t think a one way trip with a uhaul trailer from Colorado to Tennessee is really worth almost 500 dollars that’s a bit much.

Originally my reservation was for Alamosa Building Supply location but the entire reservation was wrong. I reserved a 10ft truck with an appliance dolly for Friday at 3pm. I got a call at 230pm asking if I was coming saying my reservation was at 1pm. There were no trucks at this location, only trailers at any of the locations in the area, and my vehicle does not have a hitch. They also didn't have an appliance dolly. They reserved me for a truck at 12pm the next day that should arrive unless they extended their reservation. I stopped by the next morning at 11:30am to pick up a dolly and they said the truck had not arrived. The manager arrived and then told me the truck arrived to the J&J location earlier that morning. This really inconvenienced me and stressed me out. I had to make way way more trips moving than was necessary with 3 vehicles.

I will always try to rent from J&J. I have rented UHauls from them many times over the years and the experience is always great. These people go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Thank you!!!

Online it said the location was open, we tried to drop off "online" but the web page was malfunctioning. Thankfully there was someone that worked at this location that happened to stop by the store and they accepted our key. They did mark us down as not returning with the same amount of gas as when we picked it up which is inaccurate. We made sure we had enough gas in it.

Did after hours drop off the app was fairly easy to use

At no point during check in or before drop off did it say you needed to gas the truck up before dropping it off. I checked the video before had and looked at all my information and then in the middle of the drop off process it says it would like to charge me $55 because it’s 1/8 lower than when I picked it up. Ridiculous. Let people know before hand and not in the middle of drop off so they can be prepared. This is for Uhaul more than this location.

Our experience with the car tow dolly was extremely difficult, and will not ever use it again, much less refer it to our friends and family. We had a hard time putting the car on it and had even more trouble removing it. We feel there should of been more assistance from the guys who helped us at Uhaul to explained proper usage and possible difficulties that may arise, as far as the ladies in the Alamosa, Co. office they were friendly.

The original pickup location The Store house erred in not making note of this j and J rentals that I specifically told her I had called and because of its location right next to my daugher's apt I wanted to leave it here at J and J rentals. They are very polite at J and J. Please read my other comments on the pick up location.

Have all of the equipment in one location for pickup.Maintain the equipment so that it does not breakdown or fail. Maintain the equipment so that it is more fuel efficient. The truck misfired for 1200 miles.

I want to thank the owner of J & J as he way beyond expectations by coming in on a Sunday when they were normally closed to allow us to pick up a trailer when our plans changed and I couldn't make it in time to pick up on Saturday. Thank you very much!!!!!!!

When we dropped off truck the employee handed my husband a broom and told to sweep it out which my husband had already done We told him we left more gas in the truck than what was left us and employee was very rude about the whole situation. Think twice about using them again...
