I returned the truck much cleaner than we received it. I returned with more than a quarter tank(took a photo) digital meter so no interpretation, this much way more than I recieved the truck with(took photo of that as well) But I was charged additional fee. If you nickle and dime customer you lose customers. We use uhual quite a bit for our company, I will rethink this now. I also do not appreciate an employing just openly cursing around me and when I mention the fuel issue I'm told to take it up with the 800 #.

ELIJAH GJust know that there are several ad on fees. Some don't make a lot of sense-and come straight from U-haul company-not the service carrier. Mileage can really add up. Still a much better deal than having someone else move you-or-in my case-I had a heavy load to pick up-and didn't have a vehicle to get it. In the long run-renting for a large haul-is still probably neck and neck cost wise over time than the wear and tear on a personal vehicle for some loads.
HEATHER SThe running lights were not functioning properly which forced us to drive at night without any lights. Stopped multiple times to try and fix the wiring but had no success.

MANUEL RI would recommend that the U-Haul Is ready and everything is working. The first U-Haul didn't start the one I was given the wind shield washer did not work, they knew it didn't work and said that is all they had. I did travel through some wet weather and it was a problem. Called customer service and nothing has been done. Also left half a tank more of gas in the tank and nothing had been done to reimburse me.

ERIC HOne of the wheel hubs on the trailer fell off. It did not appear to affect the trailer, but we were concerned that the grease would either run out or be contaminated and the wheel might stop working. But that did not happen.

SILVANO VI got a vehicle that wasn't fully fueled. I accidentally filled the tank completely($25 extra) but, they told me I wouldn't be able to be compensated. It would be nice if the truck's tank were full when I picked it up so I didn't have to guess how much to put in when I dropped it off so I didn't lose money in the process.
TODD GWhen a pickup is changed to a location over 50 miles away from the scheduled pickup location the fuel should be full and the drop off level should be waived.
