Ann BThe contract/invoice shows me supposedly returning the rental at 5:00 PM and bills me for that time. This is a fabrication. I actually returned it at 11:25 AM, already clean. Background: I was moving belongings from a storage center in Auburn, WA to one much closer (almost walking distance) to me in Puyallup, WA (The storage unit in Auburn also had a serious rat problem and there were two dead rats, lots of rat feces, and substantial gnawing damage to my belongs when I last went there, so I wanted out as quickly as possible.) I rented a smaller box trailer (the only trailer available at this location) and the UHAUL/operator-owner of course wired to my Toyota 4-Runner with its existing hitch. I knew that I would need to make two trips and was concerned that I might not find a safe place to park the car and UHAUL trailer for the night, so we agreed I could bring it back and he would unhitch me, store the trailer there, and get rehooked up the next day. However, I found a safe spot so that turned out to not to be necessary, and so I called and left a message, and kept the trailer over night still safely hitched to my SUV. I completed my use of the trailer early the next morning and returned to the lot at about 11:25 am. No sign of the owner or anyone else on the lot, so I knocked on his home's "Office" door and (after a while) the owner came to the door eating a sandwich and appeared very anoyed that I was disturbing his early lunch. About 10-15 minutes later, he finally came out, unhitched the trailer. As he was doing that, I asked if he needed to inspect the inside of the box trailer, telling him I had used my leaf blower to blow out the dust and other bits of packing materials, so I thought it should be okay. Though he said nothing, for some reason he appeared annoyed at my comment. (Why? No surcharge?) He then removed the electrical connections and unhitched the trailer and told me I could leave and he would take care of the paperwork. When he e-mailed me the invoice later, I was then amazed to see that I was billed for supposedly still using the trailer between the actual 11:25 am time of return, and 5:00 pm when I (supposedly) had returned it. Total falsehood. Why?

Terrence HDropped off the trailer using uhaul.com/share (this option was not made known to me at pickup, read it on a sign at drop off location), but the website did not let me submit photos of the trailer and parking location at the final step.

Alan BWe moved in to a unit that had 2 unit numbers and had 2 different payment dates when we moved in to (1) unit. ERIC tried to help get it fixed for almost a year but we weren't able to. Everything we would call and talk to someone they would hang up, not committing to call back times that we scheduled on the previous phone call. We were told we would get a call back and never did only when one side of our unit was late Because we had 2 different payment days. (Eric at J and J mink Stroage was very helpful the best to his ability, his bosses wasn't helping us. He went a bove and beyond to try and help resolve this and he was really good to us.) Our issue is with the company and and the higher ups not meeting customers needs and trying to take more money then owed

Jeffrey PThe owner of this U-Haul is the nicest man ever. I discovered, while trying to rent a U-Haul, that my card had been hacked, and several fraudulent charges were pending. Bank of America then canceled my debit card, and re-issued another, but I didn’t, obviously have physical possession of it. As this would seriously disrupt my moving plans for the next two days, I was extremely agitated. The owner said he would accept the number, when I showed him that the bank had deactivated my card. He was very supportive and understanding. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his willingness to help me. I would go back to this killer U-Haul anytime.

When we showed up the day we move out it was raining hard. We opened doors and all our stuff by door was soaked. Hole in roof. Would not recommend the 10x8 sheds.
