Cabin had random car hose in there along with a lock that didn't belong to anything. Cups and napkins in various places in the cabin. Not clean at all so upon drop off I had to indicate it was clean (which was not) otherwise the system was charging me a premium for things that were in there to begin with. No lock for the truck so I had to leave the dolly inside, unlocked, after dropping off the car over the weekend. Rep marked different gas gauge setting than was observed by me once taking possession of the car. He also told me that I could return the vehicle the next day (sunday) because they are closed on Sunday. However, I returned it the same day (saturday) after hours as they were closed past 4pm. I get a bill that I have been charged twice. Twice for insurance, twice for rental of the car and twice for rental of the dolly. Completely unacceptable. This is after I was told that all the equipment I had reserved online was not available on site. That I had to drive the truck to another Uhaul location to get padding and floor dolly. That's more miles and gas that I have to pay for because Uhaul failed to tell me that they don't have the things I had reserved at that location. I just contacted Uhaul rep to reverse the charges. Apparently if you drop off the vehicle after the reservation time - even on the same day- you get charged an extra day. Now I have to wait a few more days for the refund to go through. You guys have to fix the system and tell the consumer upfront what the hiccups are going to be.Narek Z.

The employees at this location did not wear masks. One of the workers drove my van up to me with no mask, no gloves and did not wipe down the inside of the car. It might be good to remind them that we're are in the middle of a pandemic and that Glendale is a Covid-19 hotspot.Samuel B.
Guy cornered me to get insurance then charged me $7 for gas for an 11 mile trip without telling me I would have to pay for gas afterwards. I had also made my initial reservation with option for no insurance. Paid $50 for an 11 mile trip that took me about an hr and 15mins to complete. F'-in rip off. Never using uhaul again. The $20-$25 quote somehow turned into $51. Uhaul? More like UpayDikran O.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE BUSINESS ITSELF THE LOCATIONS USED, BUT NOT DIRECTLY UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE. MESSED UP MY ONLINE RESERVATIO. THEY CANCELLED IT WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST. I rated the location 'Average', because it was a car repair shop who also rented out Uhaul trucks. I was driving to the location & passed the truck on the street that I would eventually rent. I guessed they had the truck driven over from another location for me. When I entered the office there were two men behind the Desk with computers. One was on the phone and the other did not look up. I stood there for a moment or two to see if he would acknowledge me. He didn't. I was the only Customer in the office. I then asked him if he could help me. He said yes and I proceeded to tell him that I had called the location at Brand & Los Feliz for a truck....then the man on the phone stepped in and said he would help me. I explained I had ordered the truck & made my payment over the phone & then I gave him the reference number to look up. He explained that the reference number I was given could not be used to look up my phone order on his computer. He set up a new order and I made, what in my mind was another payment. He said I wouldn't be charged twice. We'll see. When I went out to the truck an employee passed me before I got to the truck & said as he was passing that he had turned on the air conditioner for me. I realize trucks are usually ordered by men who may not need the introduction to a new vehicle, but for a women I was surprised there was none. The truck ran great, was comfortable & clean. Also, should mention the man at the Brand & Los Feliz location who I spoke to on the phone. I told him what I needed. He asked for my credit card #, punched away on the computer and told me it would be ready at 4:00pm. I was calling between 10:30 - 11:00am. He never asked me when I needed it. I told him that wouldn't work I need it now. That's when he changed the location to 601 S Glendale Ave to pick up the truck, as they apparently didn't have the truck at the first location. Funny I passed the truck coming from the first location. :-)karen S.
This is an auto repair place that also rents uhauls. The service was fine but not their primary business. I would have preferred to work with a place that only dealt with uhaul.LisaRose B.

These folks were great - but because they were the smaller location in the community - I had to make a second stop for some boxes and supplies to the other Uhaul location (which was much busier).Kristina B.

The website offers the option to attach supplies to the order but this location doesn't offer any. If I want to add boxes and blankets to the order I would rather go to a Uhaul location.Juan H.
The windshield was very dirty and hard to see through while driving. The windshield fluid was out, so it couldn't be cleaned without stopping. The gas level was less than stated when I left. I wish I had noticed before leaving, but I didn't think to check since I was rushed to drive away by the owner (the auto service side was very busy at the time, and he needed to return to it). Even though I only drove a few miles, I had to add $21 worth of gas just to get the level back to where it was supposedly was â€" in order to not be liable for additional charges.Daniel M.
