Uhaul moved my reservation to this location and it was the worst rental I have experienced. Traffic was rude hung up on me and customer was unwilling to give me the $50.00 reservation guarantee fee.CATHERINE H.

It was a gas station/laundry mat. It was littered with trash. There was no safe place to sit or stand while I waited for the online check-in to be completed. Additionally it was too far from my home. There are at least ten pick up stations closer to my house. U-haul refused to offer me one of those locations or provide me with any discount for picking up out of my area. This was first experience with U-Haul and it was stressful and disappointing.Youlanda E.

After being on hold I decided to contact you by review as the message kept repeating. We did rent blankets from a Uhaul location in Smyrna which we paid again for the blankets. This location was very poorly marked. If not for the other U-Haul trucks sitting outside, I would not have known where to go. The location that I was given was actually closed for the New Year holiday, but there was no indication of that in my paperwork, so I ended up waiting in the parking lot in hopes that I was just too early. After multiple calls to U-Haul.com, which was excellent by the way, I was instructed to leave my paperwork in an orange "after hours" dropbox, but no such dropbox existed, so after roughly an hour of drying to drop off my trailer, I resorted to just leaving it in an unattended parking lot. This drop off location could use some serious improvements in order to match my expectations. Thank you,Jacob B.

I did not have good experience in the middle of Me renting the computers shut down o ead charge a hold fee andvwas told I would have to pay when I returned well when I returned the hold of 47.33 was placed on on my card after I paid cash I explained to the rep I should not be charged twice the location was a orner store so u can imagine the customer service that o experience lers just say I won't return. I had an apt to pick up at 9am. The gas station employee didn't show up until 9:40am. It was very cold and I was told that I had an attitude and that he works 13 hours a day. I should have been given a discount or a free dolly rental or something to recompense, but apparently it was my problem that he was late.Andrew T.

Stop using locations that have the following characteristics and staff: Dirty gas stations Pornography DVDs sold at the site Rude employees Employees that curse at your customers Charging for late fees for misinforming your customers Employee waited on other customers even though I was there first to be served and continued to serve other customers while I waited for the rental Didn't have a second dolly even though I ordered two and was charged for two - did not receive refund Place smelled like marijuana Will be submitting a complaint with BBB I thought the first location was bad, then I ran into this trash hole the next day. Staff was beyond unprofessional and not taking responsibility for the terrible customer service. "Call 1-800-UHAUL and complain to them. I have nothing to do with this." Yes, they have everything to do with you since they are doing business with you and representing you as a company. I was also asked to clean a truck that was dirty in the first place. I was sworn at by the staff when I complained about the late fee you charged me that one of your staff members told me wouldn't be there. I asked for an extension the previous day, an extra couple of hours due to limited daylight and was told I will get the extension without an extra charge. If you just told me it would cost a little extra I would be fine with that, but don't say it's not a problem then charge me a late fee. This place was also a complete disaster, but the staff that represents you is worse than the Great Depression of the 1930's. That actually sums up my customer service experience with you this weekend, depressing...JASMIN S.

Representative was cheerful, helpful and business like but was only person in the store. Except for presence of a Uhaul truck out front no one would know it's a Uhaul outlet. Facility was dirty, heavy on security and depressing.
