I've rented from many other u-haul locations in the last two years. This was the best experience so far. If you're needing to rent a truck in Albany, J & B Garden Center is the place to go. Service with a smile. Helpful. Friendly. Clean.Paul D.

A $19.99 rental became a $71 charge. Great and friendly staff - will revisit the garden store but will not recommend uhaul ever again.Dan K.

We went to North Albany storage first we had a reservation there they had no truck when we got there so we ended up going JMB garden they helped us out the other place said they would cancel the reservation with them but never did I did it I did it online but it still didn't cancel they said it would be $105 but it ended Up to be $229 so as I'm sure for the extra costsBRET GEAN W.

A more accurate estimate the cost for the unit we rented, it cost us 3 times as much as expected based on the reservation we made. That was quite a shock and took a big bite out of our budget.HEATHER MARIE D.
The furniture dolly I rented was not available and I reminded the owner 3 times not to charge me and she STILL charged me. I had to call and ask for a refund. The seat in the truck was torn and I was given the keys to the wrong truck originally and had to go back in and ask for the right truck. Owner seemed very overwhelmed and frantic yet I was the first and only customer there that morning.PAMELA T.

Just a little difficult to find (I don't have a phone app that would direct me there); I expected a U-Haul facility with signage. But, being a drop-off location associated with a garden center, it didn't stand out. I knew I was in the right place only when I saw about a half dozen U-Haul trucks sitting side by side.Michael F.
Only person who could check me in was not their on time, making jokes about how long they are taking, does not have a working printer but is not fixing it. I've never had to hookup my own trailer, not have them verify I did it correctly, had to do my own light check, they don't sell the 7blade to 4 pin adapter and her answer to that was to go to the real uhaul facility where I attempted to do this rental from in the first place but got sent here unwillingly for this reason...... Let's just say they are VERY lucky I know what I'm doing when it comes to trailers, I could have injured myself or my truck attaching a trailer you have to manually pick up when it's parked on a hill.... Or even worse I don't connect it correctly and they don't check, could have lost the trailer on the highway and killed someone if It came off the truck. I've never had the process of getting a rental take so long, or have to do everything myself, no point in checking in with them it should all be done online if I have to do EVERYTHING anyway.... Owner had the audacity to tell me to change my return time to a "realistic" return time. She never asked what I was doing with the trailer she just assumed I didn't need it that long.... When I brought up how your required to pay for another day if your late so I give myself extra time she shut up and moved the subject right along.... SKETCHYGrant F.
