In return to the phone call there was no dolly in the truck but we didn’t request one so just assumed that was why

I have no issues with the facility in Olean, however I do have issues with uhaul and ubox. I have ask twice for their evaluation to be sent to me but have not received it yet. al.

linda mGenerally, drop-off isn't a big deal. But my fiancée told me two days after drop-off that she had lost her headphones and maybe we should call them. Before I could look up their number, they called me to let me know that they had found her (very expensive) headphones in cab and held on to them until we were able to pick them up.

Marisa MThis is not the location issue, but corporate. There was an issue with a bill last year and a call was made to corporate to fix on the account. I was assured by corporate that it was taken care of but every time I try to use this location we are still having the same issue

Chelsea CU-Haul wanted me to turn the truck in 50 miles away from the original drop off point. I asked them who was going to pay for my gas. I knew the dealer in Olean, the original drop off point, he told me to bring it to him.

Thomas BRon was absolutely the best when I pulled into drop off the transport with 10 min to close. He didn’t rush me or worry about the time and I was able to leave the truck there overnight instead of tooling around town in a 26’ truck!! When I was done with the truck and returned it,i the process was easy and quick which was a real plus to me. He also took time to explain a few things to me about the area. Thanks to Ron.
