Everyone there is so gracious! The trucks were clean. There were no hidden fees. Service fees were straightforward. I've used them a few times in the past. Service is always consistent!

CHUCK LIt was a great place to rent from. They had a very large selection of trailers to rent. I was able to rent a trailer that was only one year old. We towed the trailer 5000 miles so I was happy that the trailer was new and did not have any problems on the long trip.

Philip RThe place wasn't awful, but the customer service was lacking. Sometimes we can get so focused on doing our job that we forget that we are dealing with real live human beings. Also, as I was waiting to be helped, I heard the owner tell a young man in the military that there was not military discount, yet I had one applied when I made my reservation. I'm not sure how it works, but I thought that was strange. Maybe one needs to make an online reservation to attain the discount? I'm not sure.

Mark SThe word "clean enough" can be interpreted differently. I returned it in a couple hrs in same condition to same location. I rented blankets but did not use them. Still paid for them. Before I do my google review, I suggest doing more to clean vehicle. Bugs on front of vehicle/windshield. Clean enough can be subjective

Robert WI frequently use J&J UHAUL to accomplish various home projects. Other than being conveniently located near my home, the owner/operator is a stand-up guy and has consistently provided excellent customer service. The staff are extremely courteous and very helpful. The location is kept neat and organized. Great place to do business.

April SBoth pieces of equipment we rented had damaged wheels. The car hauler had a nail in the tire and the 26’ truck had a flat.
ZACHARIAH Veverything was extremely smooth. I did not reserve anything online and that didn’t matter as they have so much inventory. I was in and out with the rental in less than 20 minutes. overall a great business and will be using them again

Stephen VGas was at around a 1/4 tank when I received the truck. This is very inconvienenet for people when they are moving. The first thing we had to do was go get gas.

Robert SHooked up trailer to vehicle and it was too low in the back. They did not sell drop hitches nor did they explain how to hook up. The person helping us said the height in the back was fine, but when we drove off and realized it was dangerously close to the ground, we went down the road and purchased the correct drop hitch and the nice folks at AAA storage helped us hook it up.
