The drop off location was closed. Easy to get in and out of. Alot of pallets laying around everywhere.

Location was closed, no phone number available. We could not get the lock off to get the keys. We were rescued by Joshua Robertson who was wonderful. He deserves a bonus because without him we would not have been able to move our daughter.

Majority of my brand new furniture had dents and paint scrapped off. My $3000 couch doesn’t even recline anymore cause they broke it! Would not recommend !!

My entire day to move got messed up. They didn't have my dolly until 1pm and I rented uhaul at 930am. They also didn't have the moving blankets. Nobody would answer the phone and then they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about when I told them. I wasted hours on the phone and driving back to uhaul. Uhaul still had the audacity to charge me when my day was wasted and I had to rent another truck - from a different company - the next day. I have/had businesses and I would of NEVER charged me for that day. Honestly- I Will never rent uhaul again unless it's absolute last resort. Should probably report to BBB

The truck ride was painful, and you can’t even go the speed limit because if the truck hits a bump it will dang near break your back. That, or, the brakes won’t stop in time if you need to use them.

Location was closed when I arrived to pick up rental and I called number on the door and got no answer. 800 number to UHaul had a 1 hour hold time and when I finally did get to speak to someone they would not honor the $50 guarantee even though equipment was not available to be picked up a reserved time so the guarantee is nothing but words on a paper. I'll be using Budget Rental Trucks from now on. Never had this type of issue with them.

I was redirected to a location in Humboldt who was nothing but accommodating. However, my initial experience with the UHaul location in Jackson was very frustrating and disappointing. I will be contacting customer service in a direct email about that experience.

I really don't have any suggestions on how to improve the process other than it takes a bit long with the speed of the computer and some of the questions.

I was supposed to pick up a 20 foot uhual but all that was on sight was a 26 foot. There was not efficient communication between uhual and the place that I picked up from.

If a location is changed for customer pick up, the customer should be called. My location was changed from around the corner to another city. That was fine because I needed the equipment but inconvenienced because I had to leave work earlier than scheduled and it added just a few extra miles to my allotted mileage. Other than that, the check in and out process was great! The truck was perfect & excellent on gas.
