Trailer was parked under trees for some time and hadn't been pre-prepped for my arrival. The interior was very clean, but the exterior had the debris from the trees (pine needles and leaves). They were conscientious in that they did hook up the trailer and brake light connections, and tested to be sure everything worked properly.

Loren bThey were very friendly and helped us out. Unfortunately the process of check out took really long then half way to our home the ABS light came on had to go back and swap out. So, the moving help sat in our driveway and we did not get the truck there until 10:30. We got to Uhaul around 9:15. So I paid $190 to movers while they waited. It's unfortunate that the Uhaul is not organized and streamlined. The 1st truck had the ABS light come on so had to swap it out for another. That truck had not been cleaned out.

John DThe owners and staff are amazing and have wonderful customer service. They were helpful and knowledgeable. However, on the other side upon return th UHaul at the drop off location wanted me to pay for the trailer as it was "damaged" SO GLAD I HAD A VIDEO OF THE TRAILER AT PICK UP. It was concrete proff of where I picked it up and th3 condition of the trailer (didn't bother the hauling and towing) but this special handle that was MIA somehow bothers the whole value of the trailer. Glad I COVER MY ASCOT.
Miranda HRented a truck on Tuesday at 8 :30 am ans returned on Thursday nov. 16 at 2:55 pm and was charged for four days . Need to rent a trailer for we are not done moving, but would rent again from 260 Franchise. The truck was not ready to pick up for it was dirty. Don't understand the xharge for the fourth day¿??

Kimberley BThe truck I reserved wasn't there. The owner had taken it and a uhaul car tow dolly to pick up a truck to work on. The man should have said he would be back soon with the truck but told three different times he would return. I will tell anyone to avoid that location. This caused me to be behind schedule. I had been by there hours before my scheduled pickup time and the truck was there. I appreciate the employees at UHAUL that helped me find a different truck. The place where I finally got a truck was absolutely amazing.
