Nothing needed to be improved for me!
the dealer did a great job getting it for me ,the trailer was in good shape but tires i think need to be checked and replaced a little more often could possibly save on roadside repairs
they knew we were coming and closed early. we had to wait til the next day to get our truck
The truck had tiny roaches in the cab. The truck was extremely beat up and rough looking on the outside. The location was good people were friendly I doubt they do proper inspections such as oil, tires, etc. Maybe I expect too high of a rate of professionalism for the price. My moving experience was a success Thanks U-Haul.

Absolutely the best customer service.
Mobile checkout doesn't work well in the area. Had to wait an extra day; had an appointment and truck was gone when I got there. Had to wait 2 hours for my vehicle. On a positive note, I was given a discount for my troubles.

I have rented at many uhaul locations this is far well the best. Friendly and helpful. Equipment clean and well maintained.
This lady was sick but she stayed open until we could get to manning to pick up the truck.
My original reservation was for Santee SC. I got there and was informed via Uhaul customer service that there would be no one at this location that day. Having been DROPPED OFF and basically stranded, I would say I was beyond put out with Uhaul. Fortunately, there was another person there that came to my resume. We had Uhaul customer service set up another pickup location and they were kind enough to give me a ride. This location was about 20 miles from the original pickup location. The lady at the Manning location very nice and stayed after her normal closing time. I am not sure if I will use Uhaul again. This wasted 4 hrs of my moving time and I had people I was paying standing around waiting on me.

You should have personal move these trucks to locations that you need them in and not except your customers to do that and using there gas! Totally wrong!
The lady behind the counter was very nice but also lacked the knowledge to understand how online rentals work or how to use the uhaul system. She took several attempts to figure it out. She needs to be trained on how to properly use the uhaul system, as I have heard other bad experiences from that location. The employee who came out to hook up the trailer with me, however, was great.
The agent entered the rental info. 6 times - it took over an hour - she couldn't figure out how to use my reservation- She took my credit card info. Several times then said she couldn't get it to work- I finally paid cash. I turned my card off because I was concerned about charges even though I had paid cash. It's a good thing I did because I had been gone about 15 minutes from the location when I received an alert from my bank that a charge for $85.92 from James Rental had been declined because I had disabled my card. This amount was random and not any amount I had been quoted. She seemed stressed and even had to call someone to help her, either something was wrong with UHaul systems that day or additional training is needed at that location.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The truck was clean, but a little beat up; however the truck ran well. The only issue Was the truck was over two quarts low on oil. I noticed the add oil light was on when I started the truck to depart, so notified the staff. I was told there wasn't anything they could do, but if I added oil that UHaul would reimburse me when I dropped the truck off. I was a little disappointed with this response and surprised they wanted me to operate the truck when it was low on oil.

Everyone was friendly, competent and efficient. They made it easy to return the trailer we rented.
I rated this better than I should have. I dropped off on Sunday and no one was around. Could not find address they gave me. Happened to notice sign as I went by. Key drop box ( at least I hope that's what it was) was not marked and not in an obvious location. I received a couple of calls from James Rentals while I was loading truck. Tried to return calls went straight to voicemail and got no return call.
