I understand having to slow down earlier and slower than normal vehicles just made concerning reveving noises and was not very reassuring passing one uhaul that caught fire and another being towed. But the facility itself was great. Excellent customer service and very helpful it was quick and easy. Will definitely use this location again if I need another rental

Allen TownsendIt seems like they are never open when I’ve been there. Not yesterday and not on a day a few weeks ago when I needed to buy a lock. The truck they had “ready” to rent did not have a working air conditioner, and with 100° temps when I had the truck it was hot as hell driving it!

Instructions were very clear on proper use of vehicle and return policy. Vehicle was found to be very clean with a full tank of gas. Very appreciative for that. Returning the vehicle was very easy and customer service representative was very thorough. Thank you.
Delores FOSTERThe location was well kept and the gentlemen who assisted me in the rental of the truck was very friendly and helpful. My only "complaint" was the truck itself smelled as if the previous driver was smoking and not necessarily things that were legal, however after driving for a while that smell aired out of the air filter, but this is nothing that the company can do so I don't blame UHAUL at all, I just wish people had more respect for property. Otherwise, the truck handled well and took a little getting used too, but worked perfectly for what I needed.

Lois DavisWe submitted our request for a truck about two weeks in advance. We ordered two dozen furniture pads and an appliance dolly along with the truck rental. When we got there, the online check in went smoothly until we opened the back of the truck and found that NONE of our add-ons were in the truck. I went to the building and asked the employee and he told me he could give me furniture pads but didn't have an appliance dolly. When I asked what he was going to do since we had ordered one, he said there was nothing he could do to help me. He did not have an appliance dolly on hand and shrugged it off saying that he had no solution and it wasn't his fault. This is our second time renting from Uhaul from this location and BOTH TIMES we were missing equipment that had been ordered. Thankfully, I was able to rent an appliance dolly from a local equipment rental store, but I will definitely not be using Uhaul again for my moving needs. I could not be more disappointed in the service or the experience.

Audrey TaylorValerie at the 24/7 number told me I had over 200 on my contract. Then when I dropped it off I was told I exceeded my 100 mile limit for my contract. So that was certainly disappointing to find out that I was going to be charged an additional $46.

JON BUTKAI booked the truck on line and out of state. When we went to pick it up, my husband could not access the lock box via the app. This delayed us unloading our storage locker and driving back home to Florida. We had to wait until the store opened and the employee, was who opened was SUPER helpful! She got everything straightened out.

Too many clerks, no communication amongst team. Don't know how to handle another customer coming into store while their on the phone or customer in office. Charged over on uhaul.

Samantha DickensThe only recommendation I have is…advertise more to go straight thru U haul on line. Never had an issue booking online, after multiple bookings. If you try to just walk-in in to any independent places that have u haul, it’s a complete shit show. I’m usually not pro large corporations and would always try to get the individual more money by not using the “big guys website” but u-haul is so hassle free and never let me down that I’m pro straight thru the direct website from here on out. Thanks for getting it right.

Elizabeth ShannonTruck was clean but had a bad exhaust leak and a skipping engine. All of this resulted in poor fuel mileage. I put gas back in the truck to where it was on the gauge but stil got charged over $15 dollars for 2.7 gallons of gas, that's $5.75 a gallon. Local gas is $3.79! Truck did what I needed and Uhaul rep was nice and friendly, I would use location again.
