When I returned the truck I forgot the dolly and left it at home. When I returned it the next day they did not charge me any extra money. In the future if I need to rent a truck I will definitely use them again.

The customer service was sub par. The proprietor spent time trying to find out where equipment was that was located on the lot and trying to make repairs that the mechanic stated were unneeded. The proprietor then attempted to charge an additional 28.00, for a late fee though the equipment was returned before the contractual obligated time.

Rates are too high. I've never in al my years of using a Uhaul have I paid over 200 in cost.

The proprietors were almost an hour late getting there, and it took over an hour after that before we we were on the road. Due to this delay, the car we were going to rescue on the side of the interstate, was towed away 15 minutes before we got there. That cost me $236, in impound fees, and 2 more hours trying to find and retrieve the car.

It took quite a while to get truck as lady was very slow getting truck checked in from previous renter. I had a 9:00 reservation and did not get truck until after 9:30 then was told it had to be returned by 9:00 on Monday. Not quite. 2 day rental. However I returned truck Sunday night so I would not have a long wait on Monday morning.

Pick up people were zero help hooking trailer up didn't test lights with me took 3 days to get them working which I did on my own because the mechanic that showed up burnt out an never came back leaving tools all over the yard ended up fixing a short on the trailer my self still had to drive from basically Florida to Colorado with no blinkers because the trailer was still not fully functional the condition on trailer was completely crappy 5 new trailers on lot an I'm given the one with rusted out rims dented to he'll an back might as well put the whole role of X stickers on it an when I asked to switch it for a better 1 I was told it wasn't possible an was instead handed a 1800 number incase it broke down in the middle of no where I could call somebody an wait to have them come out an fix it not sure who your competitors are but I will soon all around horible experience

First of all I was told the amount would be 224.80 and to my surprise the lady charged me 262.80 and couldnt tell me why. I am contacted my credit company to file a claim. When I went to return the truck the guy told me I had an additional 77.00 to pay and I refused. So he contact the manager and he ask for credit card and I clearly said No and that they had already gotten over on me. The 77.00 was actually a credit but the employee was trying to get me to pay 77.00 I will never go with this group of people again. I still haven't received any of the money that has been owed back to me
