The location is great their commitment to customer service is great. The issue I have is there was a slow leak in a rear tire which I had to take the truck back and they added air. I was bewildered to hear that they are not allowed to repair a small leak. This leak caused a delay of over a hour. Not the first time I have rented from U-Haul I expected a little better.BRIAN D.

Staff was nice. Van warning lights were on for â€œoil change neededâ€ and â€œlow air pressure right rear tire.â€ I know these warnings can sometimes be inaccurate, but the tire seemed low to me. The van ran okay though. Just something to consider telling renter before they departCharles E.

Charged me $7.00 for gas when I took pictures of before and after and left the truck with more fuel. Sent photos to customer service rep and she agreed with me; district manager Edward Higgins rejected the claim without even looking at photos. His customer service skills and leadership is terrible .....he should really consider another profession!!!!!!!'JEFFREY T.

Everything from customer service to mobility was great except one thing. The van had cockroaches in it. They were walking over me as I was driving, endangering driving. They also got into my new apartment as they got on the furniture i was transporting. The van also had a terrible smell of a farm animals. Terrible experience!Kervenguly A.

I am not confident that I was given the correct mileage when I received the truck. I blame myself for not checking the mileage, but I assumed I was dealing w/honest personnel. My mistake and it w/not happen again.Epati L.

The can was filthy! It smelled like animal urine and had dirt ,animal fur and paw prints all in both seats. I had to literally take it home and clean it out before loading it for that ride.Tiffany Y.
Had to wait 45 minutes on someone to talk to and when I received the keys the truck smelled like piss and the gas cap was hanging open because someone stole some gas . I then notified the employee as I backed the truck up a hill in there bay and the came out wrote down the fuel level which was incorrect due to the incline and said have a nice day . Therefore I do not recommend this location to my worst enemy!!!Wallace S.

The idea of relying on customers to do something right when I'm sure a majority of your clients base are first time or infrequent renters is ridiculous. My experience picking up the vehicle is a perfect example. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 6AM. Someone turned the vehicle in at 5AM, but guess what? The key wasn't in the correct area (it was supposed to be put into the black lockbox, not the key drop off box). I'm on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes, only to be told that I have to wait for the location to open at 8AM to pick the key up. I wait. The location opens, the great staff at Express Lube check all of the black lock boxes and the orange key drop box, the key is nowhere to be found. But oh! The customer left the keys in the truck, which isn't even an option when turning the vehicle in for obvious reasons. You can't train customers on correct procedures when, and I'm just guessing, 80+% of your client base are infrequent renters (like once in 10 or so years) or first time renters like myself. Next time I'll be waiting for the location to open, until uHaul smartens up about this process and changes it I won't be using truck share.Kalan M.
The truck had something spilled in it but i dont think it could be cleaned. It was like someone moved paint supplies and spilled a dark brown stain. It was sticky when u walked across it. Other then that it was a great investment to move my mother in a day. Thank uBrett A.

The only issues I had were with drop off. It was a little confusing as the drop off area was across a big ditch. I wasn't given the opportunity to do a walk through receiving of the truck to explain the fuel issues.ginger P.

Provide the actual rental price in the online listing, including the $7.00 "rental rate" added to the $19.95 advertised. NO indication of this until you sent the bill. And online customer service hasn't responded to this question.William H.
Make sure that they have some utility carts or dollies to help move. Because when a customer asks or reserved a utility cart or dolly they expect to get one and when the place doesn't have one it becomes an inconvenience and make it a longer moving experience because now you're having two Luke heavy equipment without assistance.Jessica H.
The inside of the truck (the cab, where you sit to drive) was filthy. It looked like it had never been cleaned. We cleaned the steering wheel and things you touch while driving and the many wipes we used were nearly black from the filth. There were some live roaches in the back of the truck (where your items go) and I know for a fact that they did not come from my items.Kaitlin F.

They did not have the appliance dolly or all the furniture pads I had ordered and confirmed online. Store employee told me to go to Lowe's to rent one. I was travelling to Maine from Alabama and ended up having to pay 130 dollars for an appliance dolly I won't need again and I had some framed art and photos damaged because of lack of pads. Vehicle also smelled horrible for first day like smoke and body odor until the AC finally worked the smell out.david E.

My original pick up time was supposed to be 12. Upon arrival I was informed that my reservation had been moved to 4 pm and my truck had been rented out for the day. This set me back 4 hours, corporate was no help in this matter at all.Paul H.

This has been the best unhaul I have used ever ever! I have always used them but from the Oxford to Atlanta GA and Jacksonville Al location was the best & quickestJARITA S.
I rented my u haul online the day before, however, there was no record of it. Because of this , I had to rent a larger truck without the car hauler, and had to have someone drive the car. The person in charge was not very professional.Jeffrey C.

When we showed up, the actual size truck we rented was not available we rented almost a month in advance. So, that made us have to rent 2 trucks. We were also charged insurance on the 2nd truck...even though we had declined it on the first...we weren't asked about insurance on the 2nd one...it was automatically put on there.NATASHA H.
