I was overcharged for a second day when I only had the rental for one day. Actually only like 5 hours. I was instructed to drop of the U-Haul after hours and turn the key in. I did as instructed. The same day I rented it. However it was checked in as if I returned it the following day and I was overcharged. When I called regarding issue I was told someone would call me within 72 hours. No call yet. We will wait to see if this is corrected. Disappointed when I saw my receipt.ADRIENNE B.

....the tank wasn't filled all the way but the lady who issued the vehicle said it was. I didn't figure out the gauge went past the shaded bar until I had filled the vehicle up to return the vehicle.... So Ultimately I ended up spending more money on filling up the vehicle than I would have.Evan Z.
