The truck shook so bad the whole ride from TN. I'm surprised we made it!!! I would like some reimbursement for having to take almost 24 hours to get to fl bc we had to keep stopping bc of the truck shaking and not running correctly!!!! NEVER WILL ISE UHAUL AGAIN IF I can't get something returned. I use quite often as well. Never had this problem before.Sabrina W.
This drop off, not the one I selected, was very inconvenient and I could not get uhaul to change it to several closer locations. I was successful in reaching someone through chat to discuss after waiting on hold to talk to a person. My call was never answered. My request was refused. Poor serviceLESLIE E.
I had no service so there for I couldn't look over the paper work. I wasn't informed that the uhaul had to be returned at 1/4 tank I thought it needed to be returned with the same amount of gas that was in it when I got it. Which was 50 miles til empty.Destiny H.

The owner was gracious enough to stay open a little bit later so that he could get the truck ready for me to pick up later when the tow truck took my an operable u-haul and me and toted up to their place so that I could have a different truck so I could pack a move the next day And I found the keys exactly where they were supposed to be underneath the front seat in the truck worked greatTamara S.

When I got in the truck at pick up location, I noticed that the gas tank was not full, I asked the rental agent about it, he said he noted that on the check out sheet and to bring it back with the same amount of fuel, I didn't look at the paper work right then, later after looking at the paperwork, it said 15/16 of a tank of fuel, but what was in the truck was 11/16 of a tank, for a truck with 57 gallon fuel tank, that's a big difference in fuel amount. Plus the truck cargo area was not clean, nor was it ready to go when I got there, had to help hook up the auto transport. They didn't even pre load the pads or appliances Dollie. I wouldn't or avoid renting from this location.Charles B.

Filled out everything online, got to the store and took over 30 minutes to get the truck. The attendant had no clue what she was doing.Gary C.
The only issues I have is I was charged mileage overages for something I had no control over. When returning the truck the road was closed down so I had to backtrack and find an alternative route causing the miles over. Also just curious why or if U-HAUL offers discounts to military veterans and active service? Again though the customer service at both pick up and drop off was great and I would always recommend U-HAUL. thank youVincent N.

I am a woman and had to have help lifting the trailer onto the ball of my hitch. My Rodeo is standard factory height. ALL trailers should be equipped with a trailer jack for easier access for everyone to use. I returned after hours and had to pull the lock from my hitch to be able to drop the trailer, because there was no way I could lift it backup off of the ball.Pam B.

The equipment was a rusted, dirty piece of junk. I was appalled.RICK E.
Train this dealer. Would not recommend until fully trained, both on how to use computer to do contract and proper hookup. Paperwork took over 1 hour and improper hookup caused trailer to come loose and nearly caused an accident. Damaged our contents. Best experience was at dealer in N. Little Rock who secured trailer, gave excellent directions to their location. I would definitely recommend them.MARY F.

Service was great and the people very friendly. The truck was easy to drive and well maintain. I like having a place to go that is so close to where I live and was planning to move, it made moving less stressful.Karen C W.

The man at Jacks Service Center had major issues just trying to issue the truck to me. Took at least 30 minutes or more. Put in wrong mileage from where I started to were I was going. Tried to tell him it was wrong...which I knew would bite me when I went to turn it in...which it did. At drop off point tried to charge me $72.00 more due to going over 200 miles. U-Haul had told me they would compensate me some of my mileage due to the having to pick the truck up at a further location than were we originally ordered it...which was closer to our starting point.JAMA B.

I was on time and had already reserved the truck and it was on site. I was waiting for sometime as the person asssiting was kept having issues checking the persons In front of me out. That was not necessarily the issue. I finally got the u haul not on time and another man was somewhat helpful. I think the younger person helping was just not experienced in doing this particular job. The truck road like a log wagon and the would shake you to death as well as me cleaning up glass from the back of the truck as well. I had to also bring back the u haul as to keep from being raped by excessive fees which you are anyway. That is not the fault of Jacks though that is u haul's issue. I just feel like someone that deals with these issues could make the experience a whole lot better. I was charged $17.00 for not having the fuel level where it was supposed to be at 3/8 full. I had put $30.00 already in the truck so I paid the extra fee not to mention all the other EXTRA FEES. My main complaint was after reserving the truck on line, I should have been able to just get the keys and not listen to a fat woman and others griping as I was WAITING to get my truck and hopefully the persons that used this particular truck before me were charged extra for the broken glass that I cleaned up out of this truck. The truck was dirty when I dropped off the truck I had to sweep the truck out do I would not be charged for them to clean. The guy was going to walk out the door without any paperwork and the key. I asked do I suppose to sign something thats when he went in the system and provided me with paperwork I needed.CHRISTA F.
