I don't like the fact that I was charged twice for the rental. Uhaul debited my account twice. I am very unsatisfied with how the transactions are processed. This happened before & I decided to give uhaul another try. This is a major problem.

My pick up was for 7:30 using the mobile app. But when I logged into my uhaul account it showed no reservation even though I had a confirmation number. I had to call the 800 number and a very nice young lady fixed the problem. But I will say it delayed me by 1 hour and was super annoying. I believe based on your guarentee on ease of pick up I should get the $50 credit as your offer states for mistake. Etc with booking and pick up. Returning the truck was also a hassle. I had to call the 800 number again because apparently I took the wrong truck. The young lady got it straight but it again was very annoying. Other the the pick up and drop off problem everything was good.

I've used this service before and it has always been a professional, smooth and extremely pleasant experience. My only suggestion would be that Uhaul invest in overhauling the building which is old and has mold in areas of the roof.

I did not like that my reservation was moved from the Irby Street location. However, after my experience with the fine gentleman operating the Darlington location where I did pick up the vehicle that irritation was gone. This fellows good nature and care was worth having to go somewhere that I was not familiar. I will use him again just because he was kind and good natured.

The lady who took my revelation over the phone spelled my name wrong and the man at the UHaul place had a hard time trying to submit my information. I finally noticed my name was spelled wrong. The man had to cancel and redo everything. He was rude, unprofessional and I will NEVER use that location again.

I had to type in my information, process the online data myself on the company because Mr. Jack stated he could not, he was rude and did not honor my online reservation. He also needed my assistance with printing my receipt. He needs help and the building is very old and ran down. The truck was bumpy the entire time and not what I was seeking. The charge was extremely high. Many of my items were broken because it was too much room in the truck. I asked for the $50 refund as stated on my reservation and he said he knows nothing about it. So I pulled out my tablet to show my online proof of documentation and he refused to look at it. This was not a good experience for me.

Jack made the complete process easy and pleasant. It was the first time for me renting a uhaul and I was a bit apprehensive about driving such a large vehicle. When dropping off at this location, which was scheduled to be open at the time of drop off, there was nobody there to assist in the check out process. The tiny shack-like building was boarded up and padlocked. Honestly it was terrifying.
