Really appreciate you staying open till I could get there, as well as making sure everything was hooked up correctly.
Philip G.Completely overcharged. I was quoted $40 for the rental plus the cost of fuel and ended up with a $215 total charge for a move across town. The grand total included additional fees which I was explicitly told I would not be charged for. I will never use a UHaul rental again unless this bill is adjusted.

Cheril L.The biggest mistake I ever made was shipping boxes with uhaul. I spent hours on hold with many phone calls, trying to find out where the boxes were and then trying to get delivery. Not only did boxes arrive late, many items were damaged. I don't think there is anything uhaul could have done, to make this experience any worse. Therefore, I would never co sister recommending uhaul to anyone!!!
Joan W.Next time please don't send me 40-60 minutes away when gas prices are at an all time high. I know you folks are trying your best, but we had a reservation for a 10ft truck over a month before we needed to pick it up. This reservation was at a close location to where we were living, however, we still were directed to Castle Hayne, rather than Wilmington.

DEEPAKRAJ N.Ordering the boxes was the worst moving experience I've ever had. There was poor communication on the part of uhaul. My delivery was delayed to my home after waiting over 20 days for my items to arrive. I spent several hours on the phone just trying to find out if I was getting a delivery on the day I scheduled and was unable. I took time off work to be there for the delivery and still didn't receive my items that day. This was probably the worst uhaul service I've ever received.
Kevin C.Jack at Rocktops is difficult to work with as he does not have social skills and feels entitled to others catering to him. Probably the most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever had. I.e., condescending and rude to both me and my movers. With regards to Moving Help, he said “they all suck†on the phone. He did give me the name of a mover he liked, but said he would not give me their number because he is “mad at them.†This guy is hurting your business and should not work with the public. I also was supposed to be notified when my container arrived. That did not happen. Also when calling UHaul customer service (5 times total), most representatives seemed untrained and I had to coach them in order to get the help I needed. I've had only positive experiences (just renting trucks tho), but this experience has led to such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never ever use Uhaul again and I will actively discourage others from doing so.

Jim S.I had to contact uhaul in general so many more times than I should have. I had to call especially for pickup 3 times. It was scheduled, then rescheduled, the scheduled again, then wasn't picked up the 28th, so then I had to call to see what was going on, then they told me they would call be back to confirm, never did, just got the text they were going to be there today. Still was charged an extra month for my rental after they failed to pick up.

PATRICIA M.Let customers know if there truck they reserved is not available to pick up on scheduled day so they don't waste there time and money and do more mechanical checks on your trucks ESPECIALLY on one way long distance trucks.
TRACY U.Only damage was to a lock for the box - think it got bent during loading of the box to storage, not sure which end of trip. The movers in NC did an outstanding job!
Laurie D.This experience was terrible. They call me three hours before my scheduled pick up time for a trailer to tell me there wasn't any available. I had to drive AN HOUR AND 20 MINS to pick up the trailer I had requested days prior. They offered no discount and on top of that charged ME extra when I tried dropping off the trailer at my originally requested location. UHAUL expected me to make another 2 HOUR AND 40 MIN ROUND TRIP just to drop off a trailer. I'm definitely going Penske next time I've never had this issue with them and being in the military we move often. Very dissatisfied and just disappointed.
