William GNo improvement necessary as far as I am concerned. The location was near my home, easy pick up and delivery, and the people were very courteous and friendly.

humberto cu haul is amazing, and they were amazing with helping me get the refunds I deserved, Jack's auto the third party who has u hauls was absolutely awful and we would never ever go through them again, they made up lies and charged extra fees we never did, thankfully u haul was extremely understanding and great customer service, ill ONLY go through them specifically now, never a third party, and if I happen to HAVE to ill take a million pictures!

John SMy reservation was for 8 AM and the location was open but the person responsible for U-HAUL rentals didn't show up until 8:30 AM. My reservation included a hand truck rental but I was told that if there was one available it would be in the back of the truck, there wasn't one at all though my receipt reflects a charge for one.
Jason HI had a big truck. They have a small lot. It took a bit of work to get the truck to fit. Hope they didn't mind me blocking all their cars.

Michael PMake sure the registration is up to date on the equipment. You cant legally haul around trailers with expired registration. You risk getting a fine or towed away along with your belongings.
