Jack couldn't figure out how to work the computer. I had to put in my order. It took almost an hour to get the trailer.

Jack is an older man so it does take alittle longer but he is so helpful and I always have a great experience when I go here. He always makes sure I get what I need, I only use jack if I can. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Customer service should be able to know how to find your reservation. Spent approximately 20 minutes in the Auto service bay before they looked up the reservation.

Best uhaul I’ve ever rented over the years. I really wasn’t expecting a “good” truck but I was super impressed with its cleanliness and updated digital panel. I’ll definitely return to Creecjes for another truck if they are all this nice!

First car hauler had tir that seized up because of brake issue. Had to return and were given a second carrier. 2 hours into a cross country move a tire blew out and shredded ON THE INTERSTATE WITH MY CAR ON THE CARRIER!!!!! We had to wait nearly 4 hours for someone to come to replace it!! We want some kind of reimbursement for all our aggrevation!! And I haven’t even gotten started on the 26 foot truck!!

The location is an automatic garage so cleanliness does not apply nor is it important. The gentleman was absolutely wonderful! He was like a grandpa figure. We loved him! There is plenty of area to maneuver a bigger truck. Highly recommend this location!

I drove the truck 15 miles and was charged for 61.5 miles. I have a suspicion that the truck was used by someone with access within the business either before I rented it or after I turned it in. That’s cool. My friend told me to beware of the owner. Turns out, his advice was right. Shame on you UHAUL for you exposing your customer base to this behavior. Shame on me for not being more cautious.

Truck had cigarette ashes on dash and steering wheel. Slowed down greatly on hills. I'm glad I only n3eded it for 20 miles locally. Also, they charged my credit card twice!!!

Drop-off was a car repair shop in a small Appalacian town. Clean and inviting, not how I would have described it. What I would have accept absolutely. Service was excellent. This is more for corporate. The Tazewell location didn't shop up. This is the 4th unit that I've rented in 8 months, and the first time the Tazewell location showed up. The first three times I was going to Harrogate (25 mile drive) and Knoxville (45 mile drive). After being in the area I come to find there are 5 or 6 locations that are much closer that did not appear in the list when doing online bookings.

There was a problem with the truck. After we loaded the truck there was a rain storm and some of our stuff got damaged from the water. My mattress and boxspring were on the passenger side near the front of the truck. Nothing got wet at the rear of the truck near the door, so I assume there is a hole on the passenger side front of the truck.

I have problems with Creech every time I use him for uhaul, for a couple years I had other local p/up options & used them. This time, picked up truck at 10 am, drove a total of 34 miles, put $20 in gas, then returned it, had to wait 1/2 HR to check it back in. When I picked up truck, had to leave $100. Receipt showed wrong mileage & wrong fuel mark, when questioned, Creech said he would fix it later, when I returned truck, he said I had gone over mileage & needed to pay another $20, tried to argue but he got ugly & I paid him just to get out of there. He refused to give me a corrected receipt showing proper mileage or fuel gauge or the extra $20 I pd. My total should have been between $75 & $80. I just got an email receipt showing my debit card was also charged $23, total, I've paid $143, please do something to make this right.

Called a day ahead to confirm drop-off since the business would be closed. They gave directions on where to park the trailer. Location was easy to access and leave the trailer.

Bad app. When reserving a trailer, the system adds a handcart and a dozen blankets by default. When you remove them, it won't save. So you're unable to continue with the reservation. Ultimately you have to call the location and do it by phone, which defeats the purpose of the app! Very frustrating!!

Rented dolly from creechs garage trailer lights didn’t work was sent out with it anyway it was brought back way before it was due back my card was charged again for fifty dollars cause he put in the computer that I brought it back the next day later now I have to go out and withdraw all my money off my card so it won’t be hit again customer service told me they would review the case by looking at the surveillance cameras to see if I brought it back when I said I did that’s fine if he even has cameras but it very professional and greedy of this place to do this to me and if I do get my money back on my card customer service told me it would take up to 7 to 10 business days to do so this is wrong on so many levels it’s changed how I feel about uhaul cause I have rented from You numerous times to be done like this

The business man we rented a U-Haul from was very nice. We were so thankful to find him as U-Haul reps we spoke with on the phone were Very Rude and sent us on a wild box trailer chase from 1 town to the next only to find No One at these places to even rent us a box trailer. Multiple trailers available but No One to run the U-Haul rental business. We were left hanging and the U-Haul rep took it upon herself to cancel our reservation for the trailer because No one was there to rent one to us. We had made reservations in Indiana to pick one up in Tennessee to bring a custom built kitchen table, bench and chairs back to Indiana. Thank goodness I have a brain and found another u-Haul place that U-Haul wasn’t even aware of. What kind of people are running U-Haul when they don’t even know where customers can get their trailers and trucks. Told me the U-Haul place was closed in New Tazwell Tn. And that I’d have to go all the way to Knoxville after they called me the day before and rerouted me to maynardville to pick one up only to get there and No One to rent it to us. when there was another business right there in New Tazwell that also rented U-Hauls. Wish I’d of got the reps name that was so rude, not that it would have done any good. We live in a different world today then the one I grew up in. Very sad !!!!!!!

I've spoken to the area mgr for your company. My contract has the incorrect name ...Tracy Fultz. The reservation was made online, by me, Darlene Hall. John Hall listed as the driver. The mgr told me he will issue a $30 credit to my credit card. First experience and it was an ordeal. Since the wrong name is on the contract,we spent over an hour trying to return the uhaul, since it wouldn't let me login to the acct.

The older man that was in the shop was extremely rude. On the website, it listed noon as an option to pick up a trailer. When we went to the shop, he was very hateful and told us that he closed at noon and we should have been there sooner. We had no idea that the shop closed as the website listed the all the available times. He did not even show us where the trailer was parked. I will never go back to this location to pick up a u-haul again.

When we went to pick up truck, the computer was down and they couldn’t get program to run.Ended up using Our phone to check in. Got keys to truck and no one went to show us how everything worked. Truck was very dirty inside and out. Mud on floor boards. We took pictures of the truck. Could not get back to open and had to get someone to help us. The dolly we rented was not in the truck. They had to search for a dolly. Our destination drop off in Knoxville changed due to heavy snow coming down. The staff at the modified drop off destination were wonderful and courteous in letting us drop it at their location.
