When I arrived at the drop-off designation, which was clearly specified in an email to me, I was told that they had no record that the trailer was to be dropped of there. I wasted more than 30 minutes before the could get some confirmation to that effect. We I asked for a receipt, I was told it would be emailed to me. When I had not received the email confirmation within 3 hours (it was not in my Spam filter), I called Uhaul customer service to make certain that everything was okay. Only then id I get an email confirmation to that effect. It should not be that difficult.

David MThus place was aweful! It was dirty and smelled horrible. We where scheduled to pick up at 10:00am and we waited 2 hours!!!! They kept saying it was the uhaul programs fault then they tried to charge me more then the contract. I left crying and so frustrated. Then we returned the truck to a different place where we had to wait another hour because they didn't even have truck in the system and wanted us to pay even more money for mileage that we didn't use cause the garage we picked it up from never reset it from the last use. Good costumer service would offer me a refund
